"R.L. Stine's Pumpkinhead 2" was more like an ep from "The Haunting Hour" than the last movie & actually featured Pumpkinhead monsters from that show! A kid finds the missing spellbook & summons monsters! Sam's guardian, Rusty, sacrifices himself so Sam's family remembers him!

"Ainsley McGregor Mysteries: A Case for the Watchmaker" saw Ainsley opening up a cold case to find out why a friend's husband died. The babysitter destroyed him to steal his watch! The watchmaker character stole the movie!

"Meet the Authors" at the Schlow Centre Region Library was craft-tastic! For a chance to win a prize, readers had to go to every author table, do a craft, & collect a stamp! In keeping with my book's theme, my sisters helped me come up with an astronaut helmet craft! #kidlit #pb

"Ugliest House in America" S8 was slightly less adult-jokey than last season, but with each ep stretching to 45 minutes now rather than the standard length, I found myself more bored by the slower pace. The finale in Miami with Alison Victoria injected some energy into things.

"100 Cooks" S1 was cutthroat! Every ep, tons of people were quickly eliminated, sometimes over a simple mistake. I enjoyed the game show elements, like how a challenge winner could choose between leaving the show with money or staying in the competition. Congrats to Bryce Stubbs!

"Expedition X: Atomic Sharks" had the team investigate aggressive shark behavior around the Marshall Islands, where the USA used to conduct nuclear bomb tests. Evidence shows that radiation from these tests has altered the DNA of local shark species, creating meaner creatures!
