costs because my insurance will not cover anything form the flood. 16 days now after I started asking for this after I've tried to text, email, call and left message with no response expect from their main office saying they'll forward my message to the team that did the work.

This is absolutely ridiculous. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST! For the little work that they did, they are charging an extreme amount of money! BEWARE! STEER CLEAR!
