A postgame masterclass by @Dogbusdriver and co. 👏
Syracuse seeks its first title game berth in 13 years. Notre Dame seeks its third in four years.
The national semifinal is on @WAERSports.

Before @CuseMLAX played Duke, I asked Gary Gait on @WAERSports about possible ACC expansion. He brought up SMU:
SMU appears to be discussing elevating men’s lacrosse to D1. Seems to be very, very early stages but you can read about it here. Their AD Damon Evans is quoted in the story on3.com/teams/smu-mustangs/n…
After a 12-10 loss to @UNCMensLacrosse at @theACC Championship Friday, @CuseMLAX won't repeat as conference champions.
But Friday's game was far more competitive than SU's April loss to UNC, and the Orange still have their eyes on the prize.
@CitrusTVSports
The postseason begins for 3-seed @CuseMLAX with an ACC Semfinal bout against 2-seed @UNCMensLacrosse at 8 p.m.
🥍 Defending the crown
🥍 Rematch against UNC
🥍 Possessions key
I'll have coverage for @CitrusTVSports.
3-seed 🍊 6, 2-seed 🐏 4 | HALF
What a departure from the game these two played on April 4.
Syracuse with an excellent defensive half. Save for two Brady Wambach FOGO goals, SU has been near perfect on D.
Finn Thomson with a hat trick.

Here at Arlotta Stadium in South Bend, where No. 5 @CuseMLAX visits No. 1 @NDlacrosse at noon.
🥍 With win, SU clinches top-two seed at ACC Championship
🥍 ND has third-best scoring D
🥍 Orange have not won in South Bend since ’17
I'll thread updates for @CitrusTVSports ⬇️
No. 1 ☘️ 15, No. 5 🍊 11 | 5:29 Q4
NOTRE DAME GOAL
Luke Miller (23)
Miller cans a catch-and-shoot from the right wing, and that just might be the dagger. Syracuse drew within a goal, 12-11, and now has surrendered a 3-0 run since.
No. 1 ☘️ 16, No. 5 🍊 11 | FINAL
Notre Dame finishes on a 4-0 run and, after another late-loss scuffle, the Orange fall in the regular season finale.
Next, the ACC Tournament looms.
