aka getting bronze in online PvP for a ton of different games (every free game plus whatever I feel like buying)
Im bad at games so this will actually be tough.

12: Magic The Gathering Arena
I’m new to TCGs but Magic interests me, I did some of the tutorial then skipped the rest so I could try some ranked. I got my opponent down to 3 hp but they got me, either way I got my rank really quickly which was nice. One TCG down, plenty to go
11: Halo Infinite
Im slowly getting better at shooters & this is probably my fav so far. The variety of guns + melee weapons, floatier jumping, & the shield mechanic were neat. My best across the 50 required unranked matches was 16 kills, then I went 2-3 in placements for Bronze3
Time to bring mobile games in the mix: Warcraft Rumble! I’ve played some similar titles like Clash Royale but this one was much faster to get to bronze. 8 CPU matches and 3 beginner PVP matches later and I got bronze, a bit easy but I’m not complaining.

If you asked me 10 years ago if I’d ever be rooting for multiple Duke players including Grayson Allen I’d laugh you out of the room.
But here I am.

Next: Street Fighter 6. I had already tried sf6 a month ago with modern Luke & did poorly in the 10 placement matches, then after switching to Ryu & getting more fg exp, I got bronze from the current season’s placements! Surprised how much better I did. Carried by modern but idc
Took a bit of a break + got stuck with some games so I finally tried Rocket League. It’s fun, unlocking ranked took all week (getting 15 saves was tough) but I improved faster than I thought. There’s levels tho, I got low bronze in 3v3 after going 2-8 in placements.

My first traditional fighter, Tekken 8! There’s a ton of low level ranks and I saw online that Garyu (16/33) is estimated to be low bronze so that was my goal. 3 days later I hit it with a pretty good win rate, the guessies with Special Style King went insane 💯
I understand it’s just an estimate but as a ranking panelist for years, ranking a team based on vibes instead of results is so annoying. Exactly why there should be more meaningful data in college football, a Swiss sorting method for schedules > 5 important games a season
My first team game was rough, Marvel Rivals is fun but I had some difficulty. Dino, Blade, Rocket, Bucky, Warlock, etc were some of my better heroes. Getting lv 15 took a week but it wasn’t too bad, was estimated silver during placements so I think there’s potential!

A humbling experience for sure but I’ll keep trying my best!
Rivals 2 I’ve played a bit but not nearly as much as 1, I unlocked ranked by winning 4 ranked games a few months ago but didn’t take a pic, so I did the 5 placement matches today and actually got silver! My Wrastor is crusty and cheesy but a win’s a win.
3 days ago I fired up Fortnite for the first time in 6 years, I believe the requirement to unlock ranked was outlasting 500 players which I already did long ago, after getting like 55th I got my rank, it also starts at Bronze so not exactly a showcase of skill but we take those.
I played Brawlhalla for the first time ever after hearing mixed reviews, it’s fun! More similar to Multiversus than Smash/rivals so I was out of my element but went 5-5 in the 10 placement matches, not bad!
