Parliament has been dissolved until the General Election on Thursday 4th of July. Therefore, I am no longer a Member of Parliament.
I agree Joe. Vandalism of posters is completely wrong.

This you, @DavidLammy?
National security will always come first in @Keir_Starmer's @UKLabour party.
We will keep Britain safe.
📍Hullavington
Good to be in Hullavington, Grittleton and Littleton Drew yesterday with @NickHF1 and the team.
Enroute I stopped by to polish up the plaque on the bus shelter that I opened in Hullavington some years ago…
📍Malmesbury
Great to be with so many great friends this evening to formally launch my campaign.
Thanks to @ChrisNelsonPCC for coming along and for all your support.
Thank you! Speaking to the next generation is one of the best parts of this job, although they always ask the most difficult questions!

Lots of ground covered in Chesterton, Watermoor and St Michaels yesterday with a top team.
🎯📍South Cerney
Brushing up on my darts at the South Cerney Duck Race this afternoon before heading out to chat with voters in South Cerney Rural and Siddington.
📍Tetbury
After my final surgeries in Cricklade and Malmesbury this morning, it was good to be out and about with one of our local teams. Good conversations and positive responses.
I am delighted to share Claire Coutinho's statement which again reinforces our arguments that solar should first and foremost be on brownfield sites, in remote locations, and of course on roof tops.

The Council on Geostrategy, in conjunction with Sir Michael Fallon and a number of cross party Parliamentarians and leading defence figures, have initiated a public campaign urging all political parties to invest more in the defence of the United Kingdom #DefencePledge 🇬🇧
Desperately sad to hear that the Princess of Wales has been diagnosed with cancer. I know that thanks to the wonders of modern technology she will make a full and swift recovery.

There was strong criticism from @JGray James Gray, who has a long-standing interest in defence. He iss critical of a failure by the government to attach a timeline to its pledge to boost defence spending to 2.5% and seems v sceptical about @DefenceHQ maths:
“I am rather disappointed by his tepid promise to move to 2.5% of GDP [when economic conditions allow]. I also find myself in the career wrecking position of strongly agreeing with the Shadow Defence Secretary who seemed to me to put the arguments extremely well.
“The fact of the matter is last week the budget did reduce both kinds of defence expenditure by £2.5billion… By what possible arithmetic does the minister conclude we are in fact increasing defence spending when quite blatantly every expert there is in the world says we are not?” 5/

Today we were joined by @Jgray, @VictoriaNye1, @BiffaAward and others to plant rowan and cherry trees at an event at Great Wood, part of a major tree planting programme this winter.
