Congrats to @ShaneMalloy Hardest working and most committed to this I have ever met. Wishing you the best in this new exciting chapter.

One of the builders of the WHL - Punch was an encyclopedia on junior hockey. Tough as nails, he survived a plane crash in Saskatchewan and almost a week in the bush after getting lost in Northern BC. Truly thought he was invincible. We will all miss you - rest easy Coach.
Two days ago we celebrated Ernie Punch McLean. Today Punch has passed away. Even at 93 years of age I’m stunned by this news. I’m happy he got to hear how people felt about him on Wednesday at QPA, even though I’m sure he heard it regularly. #RIPPunch 🪽👊🏽
Glad to see this signing and with the Pens. Told anyone that would listen this year (some do sometimes!) he deserved an ELC - in a different year without the NCAA confusion think that likely happens.
#WHLCanes outgoing forward Brayden Edwards has signed a two-year AHL contract with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins!
Congrats, Eddy!

Nice to see you working hard for a good cause @firefighterkp15
Rest easy Big Si. Was incredibly kind to me when he played in Halifax. Tragic.
The NHL Alumni Association is devastated to learn that Stanley Cup Champion, Chris Simon, has passed away at the age of 52 years old.
Chris was drafted 25th overall in the 1990 draft to the @NHLFlyers, but would be traded to the Quebec Nordiques before playing for Philly. He would have a lengthy NHL career, playing for eight different teams, appearing in 782 regular-season games, and scoring 305 points.
Simon became a Stanley Cup Champion with the @Avalanche in the 1995-96 season.
Chris was never afraid to stand up for his teammates, and played a key role in the dressing room. He was a beloved friend, father, brother, and son.
We send our deepest condolences to Chris’ family, friends, and former teammates during this very difficult time.
The family has asked to respect their privacy during this difficult time.

This is some wallpaper from the restaurant I went to tonight and I need someone to explain Alyssa Milano in this because I can’t figure it out and it’s actually driving me a bit crazy.
Nice to see fans in the East finally appreciating what they have had now for almost 2 years! Since WJHC attendance seemingly way up for Regina games all over … October 2 crowd in Calgary was 3278. Kid is a special player - go see him while you can!
