GOOD THOUGHTS
Everything is working
In my favor.
The changes I want
happen fast for me
My good thoughts become
law in the universe
I replace doubtful thoughts
with confident thoughts.
My best is always good
enough for me.
COACH NOTE:
What other people think of
you is none of your business
unless they think highly of
you. In that case, tell
them to carry on.
The ongoing potential for
the best time of your life is
now, right now in the here
and now. Everything else is
a memory or an imagined
future, for better or worse.
I believe in ‘ease and simplicity’ because it creates the best life while ‘hard and complicated’ creates the most difficult life.
For best results in your
relationships with others,
meet people, mentally and
emotionally, where they are
and not where you are.
As long as you think you
have to prove something
to yourself or others you
are revealing to the world
the weakness version of
youreself.
From birth you were
programmed to show up
in the world as a fearful,
doubtful, anxious person
when who you truly are is
person of immense power
and brilliance.
Thr only person you
must convince of anything
is yourself. If you haven’t
convinced yourself, you
will never convince others.
If you don’t already know
you are ‘good enough’ you
can never prove to others
that you are. And if you
‘know’ you are good
enough, no proof
necessary.
The need to prove to
yourself that you can do
something conceals your
fear that you can’t.
—————-
Attempting to prove to
yourself that you can do
something is you seeking
permission from a past
version of you that already
decided you can't.
When you really know you
can do something, there's
nothing to prove. You just do
it. No announcement, no
test, no scorekeeping.
Stress ALERTS you that you
are lying to yourself.
———-
Stress isn't the problem.
It's the alarm.
It goes off when what you
say you want and what
you're actually believing
and doing don't line up.
You say you want freedom
but you keep checking the
scorecard.
You say you want to
attract something but
you're still waiting for
proof that you can.
You say you're fine with it
but your body is tight.
Stress is just the messenger:
"Hey, there's a lie in the story
you're telling yourself."
Drop the lie, the alarm stops.
A thought you think that
makes you feel bad is a
belief you have accepted
as true for you.
The moment you stop
believing a thought that
makes you feel bad, it loses
all power to harm you.
Every thought you think is a
belief and every belief, like
pieces to a puzzle, creates
your reality.
