⚖️🇺🇸 A federal judge has blocked enforcement of Trump administration sanctions against rights groups DAWN and TAAG. In DAWN v. Trump, the court found the sanctions order likely violates First Amendment protections by restricting speech based on its content. 📢 The ruling protects the groups from penalties for providing evidence to the ICC and coordinating with sanctioned Palestinian groups and UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese. ✊ DAWN and TAAG say they will resume their ICC advocacy and filings. #FreeSpeech #ICC #Palestine

The ICRC warns that chances of identifying them are rapidly fading as unexploded Israeli munitions, a lack of heavy machinery and destroyed medical infrastructure obstruct recovery efforts. 🚨 Gaza’s Civil Defence estimates ~8,000 people remain missing. Without DNA testing, refrigeration or reliable electricity, hundreds lie in numbered graves, still unidentified. Every family deserves answers. Every victim deserves dignity.
