Hi, friend. You may remember I recently shared some heartfelt advice for President Trump, a longtime friend of mine. Well, I've been doing some more thinking, and there's something else I'd like to say.
This time, it's about the importance of watching our language, especially when young people and families are listening. I believe a little kindness and civility can go a long way, don't you?
Let’s pray for our president and this upcoming election. God bless.

End of Watch: Philadelphia officer Shane Sieber, 40-year-old father of two, has been k*lled in a West Philly ambush. His partner was sh*t 12 times.
Two 19th District officers responded just after midnight Saturday to the 100 block of North 52nd Street for a report of a man with a g*n on a porch. They were met with heavy g*nfire as they stepped onto the porch. Officer Shane Sieber, a 10-year veteran, was sh*t three times. His 33-year-old partner, a father of five, was sh*t 12 times. Both were rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.
Sieber, a married father of a 7-year-old son and a 3-year-old daughter, d*ed after surgery. Commissioner Kevin Bethel said he fought valiantly and that his wife and family were able to be by his side. The surviving officer is in stable condition but “not out of the woods.”
The suspect fled down an alley and fired at additional officers, who were not hit. He climbed a tree to hide and surrendered after SWAT arrived. Sources identified him as Eric Lewis, a Philadelphia Water Department employee. Police recovered three f*rearms: two handg*ns and a shotg*n. One handg*n had been taken from one of the wounded officers.
“I am so damn proud of the men and women who serve in this department. Consistently, they go into danger, and they give their lives for this job,” Bethel said. Mayor Cherelle Parker met with the families and noted that officers leave home every day not knowing if they will return.
The suspect is in custody and going through the charging process with the District Attorney’s office.
Please join us in praying for Officer Sieber's family.
