Okay I need to stop scrolling here because am so baffled by everyone rallying around NHL 2K custom team ass names like Yetis and Outlaws what is happening here?
A real under talked about downside of the proliferation of AI art is how immediately this website is inundated with the most shitty logo concepts every time new sports team news hits
Changing the state flag has been my weird little hill to die on for so so long I genuinely can’t believe it actually happened. Genuine props to all who got us here.
I’ve written “March 9, 2024” so many times over the past year+ and it’s now here. This year’s Utah Flag Day comes with the biggest state flag change in at least 113 years.
Utah is also celebrating in a big way with this 60x30-foot flag #utpol
Lol imagine getting this riled up in defense of a seal on a bedsheet flag I’m dying
THE GREAT UTAH FLAG CONTEST‼️
🤡 The sponsoring Senator, Dan McCay, was initially against a Utah flag change until he attended a National Conference for State Legislators. 🤑
🤡 Micheal Green, owner of Flags for Good, purchased digital billboards in Utah. The basic outline for Utah’s design came from him (see image). Why is a guy from Indiana so interested in our Utah State Flag? 🧐
🤡 Others were involved in the design including the Martin’s, Texas implants. They received $30,000 in payment using Utah tax dollars to create a documentary. 🎥🎞️
🤡 FlagMachine.com, created by two Utah graphic designers, used AI generation to create 6,000 designs with 4,000 being flag entries. Many of those designs are currently on display as contest entries. 🤖💻
🤡 A few other individuals had some influence, Mark Brooks, he works for Thomas Arts. Sabrina Ehrgott from the Dept of Cultural & Community Engagement.
🤡 Bottom line, it was NOT the Utah State Flag contest they want you to believe it was.

Hell yeah it’s a renaissance now, everybody
The mustache is enjoying one of its periodic renaissances.
“It’s very masculine, but it’s also very flamboyant and quietly sort of queer-coded,” one man from Brooklyn said. “The entire gender spectrum is obsessed with my mustache, as am I.”
