Agent-to-agent economy meets legal🔥. We’re gearing up for this future of agentic commerce @TheoremLTS.
Skills files and access to proprietary transaction data are important, but the real opportunity is a trusted, shared commercial layer that enables buyers, sellers, and their agents to navigate end-to-end procurement for enterprises.
Heard it here first. X gon’ give it to ya!

Reporting a large percentage of new business in corporate legal only from EU could be informative… corporate legal is a much bigger software market, unless the investment thesis really is conversion of the legal services…
@willchen500 thoughts? is it about how much market they can capture? or is it really about what they already have?

First 100 in our @ACCinhouse GC / Head of Legal survey: just 2 considering it, zero using it.
Speculation on these valuations, but there’s clearly a large remaining share to capture, even though general tools like Claude and OpenAI look to be moving faster with the same buyers... this money supports the vertical commitment from investors as compute allocations remain uncertain for the frontier labs.

Claims of big in-house momentum for Legora.

Harvey higher but still under 10%.

There's a hell of a legal market to grab here at @TheoremLTS now supporting 6000+ in-house legal departments with discovery, evaluation, and procurement.
Agentic commerce 🚀
We have raised a $550M Series E at an $8.8B valuation, led by Atreides.
Every major existing investor is back in, and we’re welcoming Baron Capital, Capital Group, Fidelity, Glade Brook and J.P. Morgan. We picked investors who think in decades. Several of them work with law firms and legal teams every day, so they can see where the work is heading.
Lawyers are moving from AI assistants to agents that do multi-step work. The money goes there. We’re growing our teams across North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific, and going deeper on the Legora aOS.
Thank you to the 1,000+ people at Legora, and to the 140,000 legal professionals who use what we build.
I say this a lot because I believe it: it’s the best time in history to be a lawyer. We're thankful to be a part of it.

Also interesting is that Legora didn't make it to the top 4 on our Fall Legal Awards for Legal AI. For the first time we had two frontier providers in the Legal AI Leaders and Best Overall categories with enough legal professional input to earn them the places. (Each category showcases top 4 solutions). So many more strong providers turning an eye to legal
Is this the future of LegalTech & Software Sales? Never heard of this company - Even if I assumed all claims and functionality are legit, what then?

Success when you’re either floored by a product or lifted by it. And questions make for great inbound! Love the bar this has set for product launches moving forward. Was relatively tame until that end cut to credits 😱🚀
