An NSWC Crane engineer holding one of the first SOPMOD M4s during a testing session for the Block I accessory kit. The stock is a SOPMOD stock prototype that was 3D printed. The rifle also has a Trijicon reflex sight, AN/PEQ-5 CVL, and early KAC suppressor. Circa 1997
