It doesn't matter who replaces Carrick. Those problems extend way beyond who's the manager. Needs burning down and rebuilding.

No matter what your views on the City thing, this is a line in the sand moment for English Football. If the appeal fails, there has to be a punishment on a grand scale. Anything less is just going to cause absolute anarchy in the game.

City's rhetoric off the back of this has been pretty distasteful and something you'd see at a MAGA rally. On the flip side, if they are cleared, are the Premier League a fit and able organisation to run the top league?

Could be a mental day in the life of Timmy Mallett if he takes a wrong turn.
I never know who I'm going to meet when I'm out on my bike. On a wet day in Portadown, county Armagh, I stopped to put on my wet weather gear when a van pulled up with a young man and his dad. What followed was brilliant Keep er lit!

Am I missing something on this "Red Cartel" because since 2011-12, the members have a grand total of 3 PL titles between them. Liverpool have one 1 in 30 years, it's our first in 22 and Man Utd haven't won one since 2013. But barring 2015-16, you know who's won the rest.

It's almost I didn't live in a world when we sold our best players every summer and made fun of because finishing 4th was like a trophy because we had to.

Let's be honest, it's not like we don't have someone in the club who probably knew what was going on and knew this would eventually come out, is it?
🚨CONFIRMED! 💣 Arsenal was the first club to preserve its right to sue Manchester City under "Article W" (to preserve the right to claim compensation), before Tottenham, Manchester United, and Liverpool followed suit. Compensation could exceed £200m. ℹ️ @MiguelDelaney

No Fabrizio Romano post on the City news means he’s on the books at Man City
