The bias in decisions against Everton is just so blatant. Every game there’s something

He’s gonna be the best PM we’ve had in a very very long time 👊
🚨 WATCH: Andy Burnham fights away tears as he pays tribute to his late dad Roy "Whatever its flaws, this country gave my dad a good life... if only he had been able to appreciate that moment in Downing Street... the son of a man who failed his 11+ becoming Prime Minister"

In simple terms, Man City found loopholes because the cartel didn’t and don’t want other clubs to break into it. Man City did and beat the cartel, so the premier league protects the cartel and goes after city. This is exactly why they all voted PSR in the first place.
BREAKING: The Premier League confirm an independent Commission has found Manchester City guilty of all charges related to serious breaches of the Premier League’s financial rules over a nine-season period, and the majority of charges in relation to its failure to co-operate with the League’s investigation. The independent Commission found that between Seasons 2009/10 and 2017/18: "Manchester City arranged ‘sham’ contracts (which misrepresented the true agreement between the parties) with a number of its commercial partners, as well as relying on ‘sham’ agreements with others, to artificially inflate the club’s revenues and reduce its costs. "The club filed misstated accounts and concealed the true state of its finances from its auditors and football regulators. "Manchester City was significantly in breach of both the Premier League’s and UEFA’s spending limits. "During the Premier League’s investigation, Manchester City committed multiple breaches of its duties of co-operation and utmost good faith towards the League (three of the four alleged breaches were upheld). "The independent Commission found that Manchester City arranged ‘sham’ commercial deals with a number of its sponsors during the period, which were part of a disguised funding scheme, whereby those companies were only required to pay a portion of the relevant sponsorship fees. The remainder was funded by Abu Dhabi United Group Investment & Development Ltd (ADUG), which owned the club. As part of the scheme, further ‘sham’ arrangements, funded by ADUG, were entered into to enable the club to record lower operating expenses than it actually incurred, as well as a ‘sham’ circular arrangement with Fordham, an entity that purchased the club’s players’ image rights, that was funded by ADUG." The EPL add: "The purpose of these schemes was found to have been to artificially inflate the club’s revenues, and reduce its costs, by more than £900 million during the affected period, to appear to comply with financial rules. The consequence of this, as the Commission found, was that the club filed misstated accounts and concealed the true state of its finances from its auditors and football regulators. The Commission concluded that ‘by its conduct the club clearly intended to circumvent the PL Rules. "As a result, Manchester City failed to accurately report its income and expenditure for the purposes of the Premier League’s Profitability and Sustainability Rules and UEFA’s Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play Rules. The Commission found that, had all of the relevant agreements been reported accurately in the club’s accounts, it would have been in breach of both the League’s and UEFA’s spending limits by a very substantial amount. "In addition, during the course of the four-year investigation conducted by the Premier League, the club committed multiple breaches of its duties of co-operation and utmost good faith towards the League. The Commission concluded that the club had ‘made concerted efforts to stop and frustrate the PL investigation." Richard Masters: “The core decision establishes the facts of what happened at Manchester City during this period. It details how the club systematically broke Premier League Rules for nearly a decade. “It also vindicates the Premier League’s decision to pursue this case against Manchester City.  While the process to date has been both long and difficult, the League has remained determined that the facts be established independently. “It is a key responsibility of the Premier League to ensure that the Rules, approved by the clubs themselves, are upheld to protect the integrity of the competition. It is paramount that the League remains competitive and fair for all clubs and for the fans. We take that role extremely seriously. “This disciplinary case, and this decision, are the most significant in Premier League history. There are elements of the case that remain to be decided, including, importantly, what sanction must follow for these breaches. Now we have the Commission’s decision, we are committed to moving swiftly through the remainder of the process, to provide certainty for the League, our clubs and fans.” A redacted version of the independent Commission’s findings has been published. Now that the charges have been proved, the issue of sanction will be addressed separately in a further hearing. City has the right to appeal the independent Commission’s findings and has until Friday 2 October to exercise that right.

Always on the fence, but it actually feels like this man might just understand the working hardships in this country. He absolutely destroys them with the 80’s references, watch them set their media lapdogs on him now. Starting to wing me on board Mr Burnham 💪
🚨 WATCH: Andy Burnham responds to Kemi Badenoch's list of questions "I do want to try and work with her across the floor of the house where we can"

This is the tweet 👏 mad how everyone just blames Burnham like he’s been the one letting it happen for the past 5 years 😂 we have to give him a chance, it won’t change overnight. He’s been more positive than the endless few before him - not that it was hard.
I’m in the city centre every day watching exactly how it is, let alone county road, but my question is how the fuck is it Andy Burnham’s fault when he’s been in power for 3 weeks? Think about it

Literally hit the nail on the head, but because he’s not the most likeable person or charismatic he’s ’the worst ever’. Denzel Washington said it years ago. The news was there originally to inform people, nowadays if you read or listen to the news you’re more misinformed.
If Keir Starmer does resign, history will look back on his reign and scratch its head as to why the hell he was so hated. On paper, he's probably delivered more to working British people in such a short time than any PM for decades. After inheriting an absolute mess: NHS waiting lists fallen. Worker's rights improved. Rail operators nationalised. Improved relations with EU and improved UK's global reputation. Removed non-dom tax status. Halved childcare costs. Boosted state pensions. Lowest homicide rate in 50 years. Lifted 550k children out of poverty. Immigration vastly reduced. We are in the age of billionaire funded misinformation, whose sole purpose is to topple democratically elected leaders, and insert leadership that favours the wealthy elites over the working people. Looks like the game plan is working...

Labours biggest problem, that Starmer is boring and they have no clue how to promote how well they are doing on certain subjects. Not perfect by a long means, but nowhere near as bad as they are smeared and portrayed.

Surely a ‘reward’ for pushing something like brexit just isn’t ethical in politics?
🚨 WATCH: Nigel Farage says the £5m gift he received from Christopher Harborne was a "reward for campaigning for Brexit for 27 years"

So help me.. Migration is dropping.. Economy is recovering.. UK foreign policy is effectively navigating a historically risky world.. But @UKLabour needs to push @Keir_Starmer out?
This is encouraging. UK third in the G7 for cumulative growth

Countries falling apart, yet all they can ‘report’ on is this crap. Until we stop paying MPs mad money and they begin to serve the actual people again this circus will continue no matter what party is in power
🚨Sky News reporter Beth Rigby is stunned outside Number 10. “I have done this a long time. I have never seen this.” Cabinet ministers left the crunch meeting with Keir Starmer in silence, with some heading straight to the cameras.

Too good for the highest level of football

City win the league. Arsenal falling apart.

There is a reason Cherki is valued at only 35 million and Wirtz valued at 135 million. That will become evident next season 👍
