Representatives from @JCP_L were on campus recently to present a $20,000 grant on behalf of the @firstenergycorp Foundation to the college’s Promise Programs. We are grateful for this support, which will allow us to reach more students in the program.
The Promise Programs help Morris County high school students from Dover and Morristown pursue a post-secondary education. Students in the program participate in activities to prepare them for college, including tutoring, field trips and community-based service projects, and are provided with CCM scholarships to assist with tuition.
With help from partners like this, we are changing lives and strengthening communities.
