Went to the gym today and weighed after. I’ve officially lost 198 pounds. Can’t believe it. This is the best I’ve felt in a long time!. Im 54 pounds from my goal weight. And I might need to change that! It’s never too late to change your life. If I can do it anyone can do it.
My dear cousin Carissa has been in the hospital for the last two weeks. The doctors have no idea what is wrong nor have any idea how long or if she’ll recover. Please share or donate if you can. 🙏🏻💜 gofund.me/b1ce5825d
I was in the hospital for 5 days with a double infection that went septic fast. Listen to your body friends. I was released yesterday afternoon. Thankful that I’m healthy enough now to come back from this fairly quickly. One day at a time. Going to keep resting for a week or so.
Just wanted to update y’all. I’ve been admitted to the hospital for an infection Hopefully I’ll be out of here in a couple days.
Happy New Year everyone! May we walk in love and kindness in 2026. Be good to yourselves and each other. 💜🤘🏻
It never feels like it’s been as long as it has. Each day without you feels like the first. If it weren’t for a recording your laugh and your voice would be lost to me. Twenty four years…is a lifetime to be without you sister.
I have a pretty big job interview today at a hospital. Please send good vibes, prayers, thoughts that I get it. 🙏🏻💜🤘🏻
