A Texas wedding venue is facing backlash after refusing to refund $15,909 to a woman whose fiancé, 25-year-old Diego Hernandez, died seven months before their wedding.
Posey Meadows reportedly offered to transfer the booking or consider a partial refund if the date was rebooked, but the fiancée sued for her money back. The venue has since countersued, claiming she breached their contract by failing to pay the remaining balance.

These trades represent 38.90% of Elite's issued shares.
The company, via its secretary, has asked the shareholders owning more than 20% to provide information to the company on their plans for acquiring shares in the company. However, if the ownership is disbursed amongst multiple parties, the public is still left in the dark.
Should the JSE revert to this disclosure standard whereby each party is named to avoid this situation whereby the public and investors are left speculating as to who is trading in a company's shares?
