Here are the top 7 voted for questions by retail investors for @Tesla's Q3 earnings call this Wednesday:
1) How does the Cybercab fleet scale past Austin, and what’s the regulatory path outside Texas given NHTSA’s open safety review?
2) When can we anticipate FSD unsupervised in customer cars?
3) When will the CyberCab be available for customer purchase/ownership?
4) What’s the unit economics per paid robotaxi mile, and how does it compare to the thirty-cent target?
5) What’s the cost per Optimus unit, and what does the first paying customer look like?
6) When do you anticipate Optimus will begin generating revenue?
7) Tesla has acknowledged that HW3 vehicles cannot support unsupervised FSD. When will owners know whether they can upgrade their hardware for free, and when will Tesla provide a clear plan?

President Trump just thanked Elon Musk for pledging to donate one $SPCX share to every American child through Trump Accounts.
The move would give millions of children a direct stake in SpaceX through the new investment program.

Elon is a beast donating over a share of SpaceX to every child born next year. No middle man, non-profit or NGO is able to take a cut.

This is tremendous news for America's children. An entire generation will grow up as SpaceX owners. Well done @elonmusk! 🇺🇸

My estimate for $TSLA's Q3 Adj. EPS is $0.57, meaningfully higher than the Street Consensus of $0.45.
There are a several assumption changes I've made for Q3, but the most impactful one is that I believe Tesla's mix shift of higher ASP, and higher margin vehicles has meaningfully improved vs. Q2. You basically can't buy a base trim vehicle right now, as Tesla quotes those lead times as well into 2027.
Earlier this summer they started doing this, with performance versions being available in a few weeks, premium in a month or two, and the basic trim being several months out. This pattern has largely held over the past ~4 months, so I would expect Q3 trims to be skewed heavily towards premium and performance variants.
This of course raises the ASP, and these vehicles have higher margins, so I would expect a beat on both top and bottom lines.
I'm looking forward to the call!

There's so much shady stuff happening here. I'll share more soon
An anti-robotaxi group called the People First Transportation Alliance has become active in DC in recent months.
But exactly who is behind the group remains unclear.

Second amendment doesn’t seem so crazy when you witness a shop keeper trying to defend their property and livelihood does it?

France. A father defends his shop. His only source of income to feed his wife and children. They mock him. They beat him. They destroy everything. These are not criminals, they are terrorists. Europe is dying.

NEVER try to make people like you.
You could LITERALLY build a flying car and donate $10 billion to children, and people will STILL find ways to shit on you.
Just be you.
DON'T WORRY ABOUT WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK!
JUST DO COOL SHIT!!!!!

An AI bubble would mean more capacity than demand, as with fiber in 2000.
GPUs, memory and data centers are essentially sold out instead.
Political pushback on new U.S. data centers may keep it that way, making that kind of bubble less likely.

Was listening to @Jason and the @theallinpod guys today, and the subject of supply/demand in AI came up. The demand for tokens is only going up, and supply for the most critical components (GPUs, memory, data centers) is essentially sold out. This is exactly the opposite of what we had in 1999/2000 with high speed bandwidth. Which put a thought in my head:
Is the backlash to data centers in the U.S., and the attempt of politicians and special interest groups to throttle them, creating an environment that keeps the supply/demand equation out of balance? In other words, are the doomers ironically the ones that are going to make it more difficult to ever even have an AI bubble?
Do the doomers secretly have long positions on GPUs and memory?

So you can't order a Robotaxi after midnight. But if you order it before midnight. It will arrive after midnight and drive you way past midnight without any issue.
Feels like 24h service is close.

We’re committing a portion of Anthropic’s shares to the Anthropic Public Benefit Fund, a new wholly owned entity dedicated entirely to the public benefit.
It will start off with 5% of our shares. For every 50% increase in the company’s value over a set baseline, we can contribute up to an extra 2%, subject to our board’s discretion.
In total, this means that roughly 20% of Anthropic’s shares are committed to the public good. Our co-founders have already pledged to donate 80% of their equity, and around half our employees are donating a portion of their equity as part of a donation matching program we’ve run since our founding.
In the post below, we share more details about our new fund.

It's remarkably short-sighted for websites to block AI agents.
Agents WILL become the way most people transact online - block them and you'll lose a ton of customers.
And I suspect LLMs will get better at browser use faster than humans will improve at detecting them...
notice..
> Delta is blocking AI agents from booking flights
> JPMorgan Chase and Charles Schwab block agents from accessing accounts
> Yelp requires paid data licensing for agents
> Amazon has blocked Grok bot and other shopping agents.
the internet is starting to block AI agents that were supposed to do everything for us
