Wow FedNow actually worked. Transferred $ from US Bank to X Money and it was instant. (Not Zelle, not Venmo, a bank-to-bank transfer.)
It makes no sense to me that in 2026 the @Macys and @Bloomingdales Am Ex credit cards can't be used in Google Wallet. Apparently they don't want cardholders using the cards outside their own stores. The cards are issued by @Citi -- they have the technology already!
@Macys and @Bloomingdales will say they want the physical card to be used for "branding" but nobody hands their card to anyone anymore... so that is a lame excuse
