There is one group throughout history that constantly uses and throws out the word fascism everywhere and at every opportunity….They are “Communists” …never forget that and that they are no better than actual fascists.

Please note that the federal govt does have broad power, but you are arguing for unfettered power. That’s why we have the Courts…they are empowered 2 oversee & check government overeach when constitutional issues are raised. Their role is a legal one, not that of public health.
