Last minutes injuries, bad injury on the pitch.
Despite that, we controlled the game, looked defensively solid and didn’t have to rely on the main front 3.
Got smashed here last season. Also not easy on the 12:30.
Great win. Clean sheet (finally). UTC 💙
A great statement win after the international break.
Great goals, good pace across the game and largely looked very solid.
Just so annoying to concede 1 scrappy goal, but at least it is only 1 this time.
The defence will improve in time.

Should be a yellow card and free kick to Brighton xitter.cf/ballknowersiuuu/status…
Quite shocking defending, my god.
🚨🏴 BELLOUMI HAS EQUALIZED FOR HULL CITY!
Chelsea 1-1 Hull City.
xitter.cf/singatopys/status/2098…
First goal we concede in this game is just straight up terrible defending.
Second goal is an awful deflection.
We NEED to improve defensively, but so many goals this year have straight up been unlucky for us.
I am still not sure how the rest of Neto’s career at Chelsea will play out. However, he has had a great start to the season. Maybe wing back is his calling…
Let’s hope it continues 🫡
Gonna go Chelsea 8-6 Hull for the weekend.
I know that isn’t many goals, but I want to be realistic…

"If that's not a sending off, there's no point in having VAR!"
Scholes & Butt can't believe that Gabriel wasn't sent off for his kick on Emi Martinez!

Xabi Alonso wanted Enzo Fernandez to stay, but he understood the situation. Chelsea had SIX weeks to replace him as it was obvious to everyone he was going to force a move. Now here we are, deadline day, hearing they may not sign any new midfielder. Food for Alonso's thoughts...
I was happy with the defending today.
Yes the 3rd was poor from us, but was in the dying seconds.
1st comes from a 1 in 100 chance ball that bounces up perfectly for the volley
2nd was a shit deflection.
Caicedo and RJ not starting also not helping.
We are all good. UTC.
I find it very funny that it seems to be mainstream thinking that Colwill was a Brighton player.
Only a loan. Always Chels 🫡
Brighton's lineup if they hadn't sold any of their players
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Levi Colwill was not a official player from Brighton, he only spend one season on loan from Chelsea.

I like Liam. This is a good move for him and it is an opportunity to show his quality.
Chelsea was too much too soon. He struggled with injuries and was a victim of J Pedro being so good.
Good player there, with the right profile for the PL. I think he will do well.
