Great morning at Southlands Hospital @UHSussex Excited to see the diagnostic centre progressing. MRI, CT & X-Ray in phase 1. And a heat pump to help us move towards our sustainability goals. On track to be delivering for our patients in October. #patientfirst #CDC – at Hove, England
Excitement in the @martynjclark Millar household today as our colourful @WhoGivesACrapTP loo roll was delivered. This brightens up the bathroom and attic. Great product with many environmental credentials.

Today is #VEDay and we pay tribute to all the brave allied servicemen and women who served in the Second World War.
It is more important than ever to remember the sacrifices made to protect freedom and deter aggression.

I can handle Saints going down with two of the other teams here. Everton would be nice where they've never been down. Probably Leeds also.
Parkrun milestone today in getting my Q for the A-Z at QE Country Park, north of Portsmouth.
Seriously tough, all off road and many hills but very serene. They "made us work for it."
Thank you to the lovely volunteers.

If you watch one thing today, make it Giannis Antetokounmpo's response to a question on failure.

Share if you love Earth. 💚 #EarthDay
ALT An image of the Earth, a round ball, set against the blackness of outer space. Through swirling clouds, the continent of Africa and the island of Madagascar can be seen; Antarctica is just visible at the very bottom of the Earth, and the Arabian peninsula at the top. The Atlantic and Indian Oceans are a deep, rich blue, giving this photo its common name: the Blue Marble.
"Southampton make a double change as Theo Walcott and Adam Armstrong are replaced by Kamaldeen Sulemana and Paul Onuachu."
Terrible fan but no idea who these players are.
Very pleased uncle this weekend with my nephew doing his first Junior @parkrunUK. Well done Henry! 🏅
Hopefully the first of many.
Thank you all the volunteers at @eastneyjuniors.

Congratulations to @BrightonHockey M1s, who will be playing EHL Division One South hockey for a tenth successive season next year. A 2-2 draw with @CanterburyHC last night allied to @BristolHockey’s draw at Teddington today spells safety #MHL #BRIGHTON
Have also seen lots of Hockey players in Rotterdam cycling to/from games or training. A truly hockey mad city. #Envious
A great time with @DrSTun @martynjclark in Rotterdam. A very cool city with stunning architecture and inspiring engineering. Lots of highlights.
First @parkrunUK abroard done with Kralingse Bos parkrun in a lovely park in Rotterdam. As expected flat as a pancake and very windy. Also hired a bike to get there and back and saw windmills. #Stereotype
