Stay tuned, bro.
Any credible allegation of voter fraud should be taken seriously and investigated.    That being said, the action by Trump’s DOJ — charging just 28 individuals — suggests they have no evidence to back up their claims just last week of TENS or HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of illegally registered voters. Yes, non-citizen voter registration and voting does happen in isolated instances — in California and the rest of the country alike — but it is so rare that the Trump admin is parading around town about .0001% of California voters. If the feds were serious about this, they would have done this long ago — not in the middle of people voting, which inherently and needlessly sows distrust and doubt in our democracy.

Former CIA operator, plays the "how dare you, I'm a woman" card, after threatening 20 year old students. No wonder our feckless CIA has been such an ineffective disaster for a generation...
Elissa Slotkin claims that the only reason that she's being attacked for threatening lawfare against young conservatives for serving in the Trump administration is because she's a woman. 🙄

🚨 Nick Shirley, in the Oval Office, just made CRYSTAL CLEAR why Gavin Newsom is targeting him with the Stop Nick Shirley Act "In California, they actually NEED the fraud. That's why when I exposed the fraud in Minnesota, California, instead of going after the fraudsters, they came after me." "And the reason why they're attacking me is because I'm going after what funnels and funds all these crazy delusional ideas inside their states." "With this law dubbed the Stop Nick Shirley Act, it will give somebody who's enrolled in this program who works inside of immigration support service providers, they can then give me a piece of paper and say, I cannot publish that video. So it's a direct violation of the First Amendment." @nickshirleyy

Here's what the left did to Washington DC on the day of Trump's inauguration in 2017. These clips are all from DC, but the left did this to many cities on that day. Is it not a historical event? Maybe not since we are all so used to the left rioting.

this California wealth tax thing is just incredible. so in October 2025, a California healthcare union proposed a "one time" 5% tax on any billionaire's wealth. the ballot measure will be voted on next month. In early December 2025, California announced that it would be a retroactive tax if passed, applying to anyone with CA residency as of Jan 1, 2026. The objective is to pay for Medi-Cal, California's incredibly dysfunctional healthcare system. (which also functions as a glorified welfare apparatus, but that's a discussion for another time). polls reveal that the CA electorate is split around 50/50 on the tax, but prediction markets only give Prop 40 a ~23% chance of passing (there are competing measures on the ballet that would nullify it). there are 200 billionaires in CA, worth collectively somewhere between $2.3 and $2.6 trillion. 5% of that is around $100b, accounting for a small amount of attrition. proponents of the tax forecasted a significant windfall, assuming only a 10% departure rate. supporters thought they were being clever with the retroactive concept. no billionares would leave CA in the few short months between the tax being proposed and the residency cutoff date, without the tax even having passed yet, right? well as it turns out, they did. a new paper [1] from two academics at Stanford called "The Net Present Value of the California Billionaire Tax Act", argues that not only did more billionaires leave due to the proposed tax than its proponents expected, but that the value of the tax, if it does pass, is actually negative. proponents of the tax only assumed 10% avoidance, that is, only 10% of the taxable base of targeted billionaires would leave CA within the very short Oct-Dec 2025 window. Jaros and Rauh, the Stanford academics, find that a lower bound of 28.6% of the taxable base managed to leave. just based on known departures, those departures total $577b in net worth, or $28.8b in potential tax lost. this of course does not capture everyone (many left without announcing their departure), so the authors normalize to departure rates estimated from other wealth tax events, and apply other discounts for litigation, arriving arrive at a figure of only $28-$36b in forecasted tax revenues. but this isn't all! all of the income taxes paid by the departed billionaires are also forsaken. the authors estimate that CA billionaires pay $3.3- 5.8b in annual income taxes. they assume a midpoint of $2b lost in annual collections from departed billionaires. the net present value of that lost income stream is -$68.9 billion. so when you add it all up you get: + $30b one-time tax windfall (estimated) - $69b in present value of lost future income taxes = - 38.9b overall net present value of the tax of course, this analysis is highly estimate driven. the authors simulate the parameters 100k times and find a negative NPV of the implemented tax 85 percent of the time. and if the tax doesn't pass, which it's not looking like it will, California still ended up losing at least $577b in departed net worth, and they have permanently poisoned the well with entrepreneurs who will now worry about future wealth taxes. In February 2021, many who worked for President Trump paid legal bills for simply serving their country because of partisan Democrat investigators—actions that only propelled him to victory. Recently, Sen. Slotkin told young college graduates they will be investigated and penalized for working in a Republican Administration. Democrats are now openly targeting our nation’s builders, innovators, and inventors for differing political beliefs. Believe what they say: they aren’t targeting just President Trump or @elonmusk—they want to go after you and your family. Democrats have targeted churches and Republicans through the IRS. We’ve seen this Democrat playbook before: investigate those who can shape American thought and enact real change. Ultimately, this is a battle to keep illegal aliens in the country so they vote for Democrats and retain power. When they have power, they want to turn America into socialist France. We can’t let that happen.

Federal Law 18 U.S.C. § 611: It shall be unlawful for any alien to vote in any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for federal office. 18 U.S.C. § 2: Whoever commits an offense against the United States or aids, abets, counsels, commands, induces or procures its commission is punishable as a principal.
California adheres to Federal Law passed by Congress in the 1990s [see 52 U.S.C. 20504(c)(2) (Section 5 of the NVRA)] May want to brush up on your election law before tweeting. Perhaps Second Assistant is more apt from now on?

Elissa Slotkin wants to imprison political opponents—to deter their young supporters from entering public service. Those are authoritarian tactics. Now she pretends she is the victim. And even gaslights those who expose her. She is deploying her junior-varsity CIA tactics.

@realdonaldtrump ordering the shut down of USAID was a great victory for the American people. It was an honor to serve with @elonmusk and @doge. But as this recording shows, USAID's threat to freedom, and its color revolutions on our soil, are still very real. 🙏🇺🇸

It’s not every day you stumble across a recording in which U.S. citizens discuss plans to declare the federal government illegitimate. Here’s one particularly alarming excerpt: “If the federal government’s deemed to be illegitimate … then the governors become the leading governing authority under the current republic framework of our Constitution.” And then there’s this one: “I really want to emphasize this is not a concept for a secession. No one is talking about leaving the United States.” Of course they’re not “talking about leaving the United States”; they’re talking about a planned transfer of governing authority outside the constitutional process—replacing the authority of the federal government with governors and outside networks. I hope this turns out to be a deep fake or a bad practical joke—because if it’s real, it’s unbelievably frightening. Either way, it’s a good reminder to vote carefully in November.
🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 2: WHEN AND HOW TO DECLARE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ILLEGITIMATE 🚨 Some questioned whether a group of 200 ex-USAID officials could actually pull off their ambitions to rewrite the Constitution. Here, they describe exactly how it works. They aren't working alone. The videos all come from Renew to Thrive (R2T) group and associates. Danielle Reiff and Paul Zeitz play key roles within R2T. R2T sits inside a much, much larger umbrella called United Democracy Alliance (UDA), which is an extremely hush-hush control plane of leaders from major "blocking" NGOs such as 50501 and Indivisible fulfilling various functions. UDA decides when protests get deployed, timelines, how to respond, all that. R2T's role within UDA is concerned with "the day after tomorrow" - in other words, their function is to conceive what a rewritten American government will look like after the rest of UDA fulfills its purpose. As will be shown, Erica Chenoworth is credited with conceiving UDA in the first place under the Horizons "Big Tent" initiative. Note here that National Security Leaders for America (NSL4A) is credited for operationalizing UDA. NSL4A is a group of 1,600 ex-military, intelligence, and diplomatic officials. They are led by Rear Admiral Michael E. Smith (Ret). NSL4A also played a key role in the "illegal orders" messaging which targeted Pete Hegseth. Zeitz is also a member of NSL4A. It must be emphasized that the choice of a military-oriented organization to coordinate NGOs across domestic protests is an interesting one all in itself - especially in an umbrella conceived by a regime change expert like Chenoworth. You will have a hard time finding any mentions of UDA in the public. They are extremely hush-hush and selective who they talk to. Mike Smith himself makes a personal appearance in other calls, coordinating Insurrection Act exercises and roleplaying with R2G as one of the participants. As the audio transcript shows, they have outlined a sequence of "redlines" in which case the federal government should be declared illegitimate. Invoking the Insurrection Act against "peaceful" protesters is one of the most discussed redlines. I will post the illegitimate criteria below, but basically, almost any effective pushback against NGOs is a measure of illegitimacy according to them. Important to understand: The audio shows they shopped this idea around governors, but the reality is that governors do not have to explicitly sign on to the pact to play their role in the coup. All they have to do is refuse troops in their state and let UDA / R2G do the work of dissolving the federal government.

Massive concession: Los Angeles election officials just told a federal court they have no independent way to verify citizenship beyond what voters attest. (They simply take their word for it.) Under federal law, only citizens may vote in federal elections. Yet California has not acted on the list of 20,000 suspected noncitizens or agreed to set aside their ballots. American citizens’ votes are being diluted in California.
