Before Round 2 starts, I thought it would be fun to start a thread about women working as voices of hockey, be it broadcast, print, digital, or social media! I have a bunch, but this should be a living thread, so tell me who you follow for all things hockey! #womeninhockey

EXCLUSIVE: @Bungie cofounder Jason Jones and author Margaret Stohl are building a new studio around worlds designed to live across multiple forms of media.
@Stonekitestudio brings together creators from games, film, television, comics and literature to develop original universes from the ground up rather than adapting them from one medium into another.
Its first universe, One Zero One, launches today as a four-part comic series, with prose, audio and screen projects planned to expand the world, illustrating how entertainment franchises can be designed for cross-media growth from the start.
@deantak covered the launch of Stone Kite, founded by @mstohl and Jason Jones, and its approach to world-building across entertainment.
“Stone Kite is about breaking down those old media silos. Instead of starting in one medium and adapting outward, we bring the best global creators from different disciplines into the room from day one to shape the world together,” Stohl said.

My 11 year old daughter is currently binging the ‘92 X-Men animated series, and watching some of these episodes cold, even as a former editor on X-Men, they’re absolutely wild. I cannot even imagine what my mom thought when I was watching them at the same age lol

Can someone actually explain to me what the reasoning is for NOT mandating neck guards for hockey? Even when I asked my son’s coach he said «we agree with USA Hockey that it’s better not to mandate them.” Like, what is the negative? I truly don’t get it.
