To the Department of War, and everyone following the open communication today, Oct 13 2026 I wrote to Secretary Hegseth about the vaccine requirements still hitting service members. General Flynn saw it and said he’d assist in reaching the Secretary. A few hours later the Under Secretary posted the official word: “The mRNA flu vaccine is not authorized for any Department of War or military use, including TRICARE. The regular flu shot is optional for service members except where a Military Department has asked for an exception, like basic training or operational deployments.” I appreciate the reply and the memos being posted. I’m thankful that mRNA flu vaccines are not being utilized. Thank you. That said, my request is still the same. Please give us a clear, standing exemption that works at entry, including basic training, and when people are deploying. If a vaccine is still required in those places with no real way out, it’s a mandate. Those are the times service members have the least ability to say no. They shouldn’t be forced into medical products that come with liability shields. Close that gap so the policy actually respects religious freedom and body autonomy for every service member. Respectfully, Harry Fisher Paramedic God bless

🚨Instagram just SUSPENDED Children’s Health Defense. Hey Mark Zuckerberg, what happened to “no more censorship”? @finkd No clear explanation. No specific post identified. Just a vague claim that we violated “Community Standards.” What exactly did we violate? If you’re going to silence a non profit organization that is sharing the truth, the least you can do is tell us why. Thank you, @elonmusk, for providing a platform where we can continue speaking freely and share vital information so parents can make informed decisions. We will not be silenced. Tag @finkd and let him know if you stand with CHD.

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent, My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov. The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison. I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return. I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something. Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act. Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged. Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working. A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats. This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried. There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go. Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him. I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them. This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one. Three things would change the math overnight. Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined. End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one. And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them. Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine. I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it. Respectfully, Everett A. Stern HSBC Whistleblower Founder and Intelligence Director, Tactical Rabbit

My post about France went viral. Thousands of likes. Many Americans told me: "Democrats aren't socialists. America will never be France." I want to answer that seriously, step by step. Start with a simple observation. Look at what has gotten cheaper in America over the last 25 years: TVs, phones, software, clothes, toys. Now look at what has exploded: college tuition, healthcare, childcare, housing. What separates the two lists? The first lives in competitive markets. The second is exactly where government is most involved: subsidies, mandates, licensing, zoning, regulation. College. Washington lends students almost unlimited money. Universities know the money will always come, so they raise tuition and hire more administrators. The student pays the bill for twenty years. More government money, higher prices. Housing. Why can't a nurse buy a home in the city where she works? Not because of capitalism. Because of zoning laws, permits, environmental reviews, years of procedure to build a single building. The most expensive places to live in America are the places where it's hardest to build. When building is nearly illegal, prices explode. Healthcare. The patient almost never sees the price. A third party pays, regulations limit who can compete, and costs climb year after year with no one able to say no. So here is the trap. The problems you suffer from are not the failure of free markets. They are the places where the market has already been replaced by the state. And the solution you're being offered is more of the same. That's the Trojan horse. It always works the same way. A real problem. A generous-sounding promise. A program that makes things worse. Then the failure of that program becomes the argument for the next one. People who lived under communism in Poland learned to recognize the lie and the mask the lie wears. The lie never presents itself as a lie. It presents itself as compassion. In France we are at the end of that road. Debt we can never repay. Young people who can't afford a home. Our best people leaving. And every few years our cities burn. Nobody voted for this. They voted for one more generous promise, fifty years in a row. If you're a Republican, share this with the Democrat in your life. Not to win an argument. To start a conversation. If you're a Democrat, I'm not asking you to switch teams. I'm asking you to look at the pattern. Wherever the state took over, life became unaffordable. Don't fix the failures of government with more government. Stay American. Ask for less state, not more.
I’m French. I want to talk to Americans who are about to vote Democrat. Not to insult you. To warn you. I come from your future. In France we did everything your progressive politicians promise. Free healthcare, free college, generous welfare, strong unions, heavy regulation, high taxes on the rich, a state that takes care of everything. Public spending close to 57% of GDP, one of the highest on the planet. On paper, it’s the dream. Here’s what it looks like from the inside. France hasn’t passed a balanced budget since 1974. Our debt is above 3,300 billion euros. Interest on that debt is becoming one of the biggest items in the national budget. Our hospitals are collapsing despite record funding. Our schools rank lower every year. Young people with degrees can’t afford an apartment in the city they were born in. Our best engineers leave for London, Zurich and San Francisco. And the rich you wanted to tax? They left too, and took the jobs with them. The promise was protection. The result is stagnation. The worst part is that nobody in France voted for decline. Every single step sounded generous, compassionate, reasonable. One more program. One more regulation. One more tax to fund it. Each step alone makes sense. Fifty years of them, and you wake up in a country that can no longer build a nuclear plant on time or keep its streets safe. I love America because it’s the one place on earth where people still believe they can build something from nothing. I came to Silicon Valley as a self-taught kid and it changed my life. That spirit is the most precious thing your country has. Before you vote, ask yourself one question: is the program you’re voting for making America more like America, or more like France? Trust me. You don’t want to be France.

If you're curious, my reporting on all of that, including my extensive discussions with Robert DeNiro, are detailed in my last national bestseller "Follow the Science: How Big Pharma Misleads, Obscures, and Prevails." It's hard to know exactly what happened with TriBeCa but since vaccine interests sponsor the film festival, it's not hard to make a logical guess. The pharmaceutical industry understood decades ago as it faced autism and vaccine safety questions, that it needed to put itself in a position to influence all the messages. Sponsor film festivals and you'll never have a documentary that tells the truth about your product. Sponsor news programs and the corporations that own them and you can stop accurate news stories about your product. Take over the funding and publication of the clinical studies on your products' safety. Take over the scientific journals where the literature is published so they don't check the facts. Fund the medical associations that make decisions and recommendations... so that they punish and discredit doctors who look into safety issues, and so that they push your products no matter the health consequences. Donate to politicians so that you can cancel meaningful hearings on the safety of your products. Pay members of Congress to develop a special vaccine court where you don't have to pay damages for your products: users of your products pay! And the DOJ/government defends you at taxpayer expense! And the statute of limitations is absurdly short, the burden of proof ridiculously high. And keep the existence of the court quiet enough that most parents of injured kids won't know it exists in time to file a claim. Infiltrate the federal agencies so that they won't make independent decisions about your products. Orchestrate the consultations on popular TV shows and media so that when they write their scripts, it always leans in your favor and portrays those rightly looking at safety issues -- as quacks. Get your nose under the tent in popular magazines that can basically be bought so that their "native advertising" and articles are always written in your favor. Write the curriculum and medical books that wrongly teach doctors there aren't any safety issues with your products. Pay the doctors that teach continuing medical education classes so that they don't teach the truth about safety issues. Find a loophole and lax enforcement at FDA so you can advertise your products without the normally required warnings and cautions. Do the same thing in other countries and with global health organizations. This industry has hired PR and crisis management firms and law firms to develop their strategies and keep a tight grip. They've surely paid billions upon billions to manage the message. I'm pretty sure it's the biggest, most successful, most expensive PR campaign ever.
When we made Vaxxed, it got kicked out of the Tribeca Film Festival, and a full firestorm broke out around us. The media went after us, calling us baby killers, saying the film was going to get people killed. In the middle of it all, Robert De Niro, the festival's founder, went public on our behalf. He said he believed in the film, that he had a child with autism, and that he was standing behind us. Two days later, we were kicked out anyway. Even Robert De Niro, in his own festival, couldn’t stand up against whatever force was actually making that decision. We got on a call, asked them directly what they thought they were doing, and told them that censoring a film like this would hurt the festival’s credibility. Their answer was that a scientific body had reviewed it and found misinformation and inaccuracies. We asked which parts and they wouldn't tell us. Think about that. They wouldn’t name a single inaccuracy, they took the film out from under the festival’s own founder, and the owner of the festival couldn’t override the decision. That tells you there’s a “they.” @Maveapproach

This not legal advice, but I personally consider Dr. Laura's I Do Not Consent Form as the most important document to be carried everywhere, because hospitals are now jabbing any and all toxins even more recklessly than before.
Replying to @ValerieAnne1970
If you don't want a vaccine, then specify that.) FREE VACCINE OPT OUT FORM designed by a "Hospital Insider" JD RN available for FREE here: IDoNotConsentForm.com 🚨 WARNING: You may need a certain "BIOGENIC" such as insulin... (Biogenic is anything of biological origin.) Be precise in what you do not consent to, such as vaccines. (FYI: In legal terms the Plain Meaning Rule applies here. This is not even real… the State of New York sent a bill for $118,000 to three little Amish schools, one room schoolhouses out in Clymer, Heuvelton, and the Canajoharie settlement that do not take a single dollar of public money, because 59 of their children are not vaccinated. And that is just one day. By the state's own position in the Second Circuit case, every day an unvaccinated child walks into that schoolhouse is a fresh violation and a fresh $2,000 fine, per child. Dygert Road got billed $52,000 for 26 kids, Pleasant View $46,000 for 23, and Shady Lane $20,000 for 10. Run that out over a 180 day school year and you are looking at roughly $21 million owed by families who already said they cannot pay the first bill… and their own attorney, Aaron Siri, told the New York Post the only way they pay is if the state takes their land. Think about how we got here. These families had a religious exemption for decades. In June 2019 Albany repealed it, Andrew Cuomo signed it, and Kathy Hochul has left it sitting right there in force the entire time she has been governor. The fines came down in December 2022, the Second Circuit ruled against the families on June 30 of this year, and now Joseph Miller, Jonas Smucker, and Ezra Wengerd are asking the Supreme Court to let them live by the faith they have lived by their whole lives. Meanwhile these are the same people who spent years screaming my body, my choice… and yet when a quiet Amish father says he wants to decide what goes into his own child's body, Albany sends the collection notice. Where did that crowd go? Lara is right that money is the weapon here, because they cannot drag the Amish into court in handcuffs for praying, so they fine them until they sell the farm or leave the state, and some of those families are already talking about leaving. Ask yourself honestly… if they can do this to people who keep to themselves, farm their land, run their own schools, and ask nothing from the government, what exactly do you think they will do to you? I read those numbers and I had to read them twice. Informed consent is supposed to mean something, and religious liberty is the very first freedom in the Bill of Rights, not a favor the governor hands out when it suits her. Kathy, your sign says "Keeping New Yorkers Safe"… drop the fines, give these families their exemption back, and leave the Amish alone. But God.
It is outrageous that the state of NY is punishing the Amish community because their children are unvaccinated. They are using money as a weapon, trying to fine these communities into compliance. This is a blatant violation of the legal principle of “informed consent” which guarantees individuals the right to make informed decisions about medical interventions, particularly vaccines, without coercion or misinformation. Without this protection, you can be forced into anything by those in power, just like the Nazis did in WWII. Read more about it on: icandecide.org

Actions, not words: 1. Ban all royalty sharing by govt employees who regulate, oversee, endorse drugs/med products 2. Declare term limits for all HHS agency heads & directors 3. Pledge no exit to boards or companies you regulated, researched, endorsed for 5 years post-govt
Dr. Phil Outraged as RFK Jr. Exposes NIH Kickbacks from Moderna Vaccine Not only does the NIH own half of the Moderna shots, raking in billions of dollars, but 4 to 6 high-level deputies under Fauci pocket a staggering $150,000 a year forever from it. It gets worse. Kennedy believes that there was a deliberate effort to suppress effective therapeutics like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin to make way mass vaccination. Because the Emergency Use Authorization states: “For the FDA to issue an EUA, there must be no adequate, approved, and available alternative candidate product for diagnosing, preventing, or treating the disease or condition.” So, they had to smear and discredit ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine because the COVID shots wouldn't be allowed to exist if these drugs were shown to be effective.

For 40 years American hospitals fed premature babies soybean oil through a vein, and when a pharmacist found the fix, it took the regulator 14 years to approve it. A baby born with a damaged gut cannot be fed by mouth. He is kept alive on a drip that carries his entire diet. The fat in that drip, in every American hospital, was an emulsion of soybean oil. Many of those babies developed liver failure. It was the known price of the treatment. The options were to stop the drip, or to put a newborn on the transplant list. In 2004 a baby called Charlie was dying of it at Boston Children's Hospital. A pharmacist, Kathleen Gura, and a surgeon, Mark Puder, got permission to import a European product in which the fat came from fish. His liver recovered. So did the next baby's, and the one after. The hospital had been losing several children a year to death or transplant. It dropped to 1 transplant in 6 years. The fish emulsion was not approved in America. Each child needed a separate application, and for years the families or the hospital paid for it themselves. Approval finally came on 27 July 2018. Nobody had given those babies anything poisonous by the standards of the day. They had been given the national dietary advice, intravenously, with nothing else to dilute it. Soybean oil is still the standard fat in an adult drip.

I can almost guarantee that one of the following will happen to you one day as you interact with the healthcare system: 1. A loved one, often over the age of 65, will be hospitalized. You will be the first point of contact and you will feel there's a complete communication breakdown. You won't understand what's going on 2. A procedure or treatment will be recommended and you'll feel a bit intimated and rushed into making an important decision 3. A medication or vaccine will be recommended to you and you'll feel that the doctor is just robotically following protocol and something in your gut is telling you it's not right for you or your family member (often a child) 4. You will experience a side-effect or adverse drug reaction and you feel like your experience is being minimized or even worse, ignored 5. You will be disappointed and feel let down by the system which you have been paying into your whole life. It's not there for you in your hour of need None of the above will happen because "doctors are bad people" or the "system is out to get you". It will happen because, let's face it, we have a pretty terrible healthcare system that is overstretched and rushed in the face of an aging population and a metabolic health catastrophe (lifestyle affliction). The medical profession has also unfortunately surrendered to Big Government and Big Business (this has happened over decades). There is almost no doctor autonomy or independence now. Unique personalized care has been replaced by rigid protocols and assembly lines. So what is the answer? Well I highly recommend (i) staying empowered and knowing what to expect, (ii) making it your mission to stay metabolically healthy so hopefully your chances are lowered of chronic disease, (iii) never be afraid of waiting for non-urgent things, getting second opinions and doing your own online and real-world research (easier than ever now with AI), (iv) being an outstanding advocate for your loved ones. If you'd like some more specific tips for navigating a hospitalization safely, here's a video checklist: youtube.com/watch?v=gkZTHe1n… The system is what it is. It's not changing anytime soon.

🚨 November 6, 2021. CNN and Sesame Street aired a COVID vaccine “town hall” for 5-year-olds. 🧸 Rosita showed off her bandage. 🐤 Big Bird got his shot. 🎙️ Then the Surgeon General told America’s children: “The only side effects… are soreness… headaches… a little tired.” ❌ What they already knew: 📅 June 2021: FDA had put heart inflammation (myocarditis) on the warning label. 📅 October 2021: FDA admitted the trial in 5- to 11-year-olds was “not large enough” to measure that risk. ⚠️ Today the warning is stronger, and Pfizer’s shot for children under 5 is gone. 🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting in Georgia after a White Kroger manager who ran into the parking lot to protect an ELDERLY co-worker from MASKED Black shoplifters was BEATEN, left with a CONCUSSION and STAPLES... ...and then FIRED by Kroger 3 DAYS LATER for helping her!!! After 14 YEARS WORKING THERE!!!!!! Yes, you read that right. Sixteen months later, the men who put him in the hospital have never been arrested. Not one. His name is Michael Self. For 14 years, he ran the Kroger on North Decatur Road in DeKalb County. On the morning of Saturday, May 24th, 2025, around 8:20 a.m., masked shoplifters walked out of his store. An elderly employee followed them outside. Cellphone video shows what happened next. The masked suspects swung a bag of paper towels at her. Then they SHOVED her. Michael ran out to help her. "I literally just wanted to draw the tension away from my associates, get them to stop and everybody just be done," he said. "As I got away from that door, someone hit me in the back of the head with something." The video shows him on the ground. He left Emory University Hospital with a concussion and staples in his head. AND IT GETS WORSE. Three days later, Kroger fired him. Yes, after fourteen years a father of three was TERMINATED FROM HIS JOB for trying to protect an elderly woman. The reason? "He violated the company's shoplifting policy." The termination letter, Michael says, accused HIM of starting the fight. "I didn't even get to talk to the people that decided to fire me," he said. So the rule is: watch the elderly cashier get shoved in the parking lot. Do nothing to help her. Keep your job. Step in? You're the problem and you're fired OH, and the Black men in the masks? DeKalb County police say the case is "still open." No names. No descriptions. No arrests. AFTER 16 months. They beat an old woman, cracked a man's skull open, and walked away with paper towels and their freedom. The only person who has faced any consequence for what happened in that parking lot is the man who tried to stop it. Michael is finally telling his side of the story because he is still fighting to clear his name and still looking for work. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!

The most successful drug advert in history said Lipitor cuts the risk of heart attack by 36%, and the truth was in the footnote. What the headline said: - 36% fewer heart attacks What the asterisk said: - On the sugar pill, 3 people in 100 had a heart attack - On Lipitor, 2 people in 100 had a heart attack Both statements describe the same trial. 3 down to 2 is a drop of about a third. It is also a difference of 1 person. What that means for the 100: - 1 avoided a heart attack - 2 had one anyway - 97 were never going to have one - 100 took the tablet every day for over three years - 100 were exposed to the side effects Nobody sat in a surgery was ever told "this will help 1 in 100 of you." They were told 36%, by a doctor who had been told 36%, by a rep who was paid on it. Lipitor went on to sell well over $100 billion. That asterisk is the most expensive piece of punctuation ever printed.

I’m back. I want to thank everyone who spoke up on my behalf, I am truly blown away by the support I received. I also want to thank the X team who entered into a thoughtful discussion with me about content and their decision-making process. I have given my feedback to their team and it was well received. It is incredibly important that we are allowed to share news, no matter how awful, sad, or infuriating that news may be. I will not stop reporting on violent crime and making sure victims receive justice. Too often, certain crimes receive far too little attention because of the race of the attacker and/or the race of the victim. X is a place where stories can get out into the open that the mainstream media ignores due to their biases. I saw it first-hand during Hurricane Helene 2 years ago when the media left early and I was one of the few left reporting on the aftermath, months later. X is the most important platform on earth because it is the most free platform on earth. Do not stop sharing stories you feel deserve to be heard, I certaintly won’t be stopping. You have a voice and you can, and do, make real world change by using it. Don’t stop. Thank you all.

My husband, @mattvanswol has been locked out of his X account for refusing to delete a post he made this morning. X locked his account for “abuse and harassment” which of course, he did not do. In fact, he did the EXACT OPPOSITE and stated how horrible the video was and how awful it was to watch. How can we “be the news” if we cannot post the news without being forced to delete it? This is wrong. People should be allowed to see the content Matt posts, regardless of whether it is hard to watch or not. Personally, I often find it really difficult to watch some of the content Matt posts because it is so horrible. And that’s exactly the point. People need to KNOW things like this are happening… because without people like Matt, so many stories would not be national news and catalysts for change. @x and @elonmusk please fix this.

3 things that should be mandatory teaching in the first week of medical school for any future doctor: 1. Your job as an MD is to get your patient OFF medicines. It doesn’t matter whether you succeed or not, that is your goal. If the job of a doctor is a healer, ultimate healing is not needed medicines 2. Metabolic Health is always the single most important thing that will dictate a health outcome. Whenever you document, no matter what your specialty, you must list a metabolic health assessment first on your patient plan. By all means after that, say what the medical/surgical plan is 3. Every research study, especially a peer reviewed study, is to be considered false until proved otherwise. You will rigorously analyze it, use AI if you have to, and then come up with five questions as to why the study could be fake news. If it still passes the test, fair enough Medicine and healthcare is broken, and fixing it with a require a COMPLETE rebuild of the way doctors think and work
