People have been wondering how a 30year old girl is an OCS,Yes it is possible, even a 26 year old can be an OCS. Police recruits cadets, people who have degrees and they graduate with a rank of inspector, they can graduate with a higher rank depending on their course, for example,if a doctor is recruited into the police he/she Will have a higher rank. An Inspector's rank,is enough for someone to be an OCS, Agnes Ndanu graduated as an Inspector.
