Tried calling @whirlpoolusa back and after 20 minutes the phone hung up. I need my machine fixed!! Yall know the product has a recall and I had to pay 109 for one of your technicians to come out to inform me the issue was recalled. I’m beyond pissed. DM ME ASAP!
Okay now I’m fed up. I tried calling @whirlpoolusa about their machine they have a recall on… stayed on hold for 1 hour and 50 minutes (with constant transfers) and finally got someone who seemed like they actually knew what they were doing and then the phone hung up
