The confirmed case of Ebola in the Federal Capital Territory is deeply concerning. My thoughts are with the patient, and I commend the health professionals working with urgency to contain the infection and protect the public. In a moment like this, Nigerians deserve calm, clear information and decisive action. I urge the authorities to sustain contact tracing, support those affected and protect the frontline workers risking their own safety to care for others. I call on every Nigerian to follow the guidance of health experts and share only verified information. The media has an important role in informing the public responsibly and helping prevent fear and misinformation. Let us stand together, support our health workers and do everything necessary to contain this case swiftly. The safety of every Nigerian must remain our shared priority. -AA

I'm yet to believe shaaa. Since the ministry no received more than 35m of their budget at least govt go wake up if Dem hear Ebola
I'm just annoyed. This Ebola crisis didn't start yesterday. The DRC declared its outbreak in May. Since then, Uganda has recorded 20 cases, and Kenya has confirmed 9 this month alone. Serious countries like Canada barred travellers from the DRC and froze visas for the DRC, Uganda and South Sudan. KLM suspended flights to Uganda. What did we do? We claimed to have stepped up surveillance yet in February, the Health Minister himself told the House that his ministry received just ₦36 million of its ₦218 billion capital budget for 2025. The surveillance protocols clearly failed as (at least) one infected patient managed to arrive on a flight from Uganda. This Ebola strain has no approved vaccine and no treatment. In the DRC, more than 4,600 of 9,552 confirmed patients have died so far. I know the WHO advises against travel bans. They are mad. After the role they played during COVID, forgive me if I don't take their word as gospel. While we treat the case within our borders, we should urgently, even if temporarily, restrict entry for anyone who has recently been in countries with active transmission. An Ebola outbreak in a country of over 200 million would bring Nigeria to her knees. @fkeyamo @officialABAT @NCDCgov @muhammadpate

And all the opposition members kept silent all this while. This is not good for 2027 election
Breaking News; Rep. AbdusSamad Dasuki has once again raised the alarm over a fraudulent provision in the Electoral Act, which we believe poses a serious threat to the integrity of the 2027 elections. As seen in the video, even the Speaker of the House, who is a member of President Bola Tinubu’s APC, appeared visibly unhappy with Dasuki raising the matter on the floor of the Assembly. We therefore call on opposition leaders and all Nigerians to demand an explanation and insist that the National Assembly reject this attempt to undermine the people’s mandate.

Yes I'm doing because I find you worthy. However, joining Kuffar to deny the law of their land and use that to attack Islam is something off for me. Misleading headlines and making derogatory comments about Islam have been here everyday.

Nobody has ever praised me as a Nigerian Muslim for the huge oil money Saudi pays to football players o But someone committed a crime in Saudi, was tried for 3years before being executed and all Muslims are now in the receiving end of the bashing. We don't even know what truly happened aside the "kissing" lies. If you never applauded me for what pleased you that was done in Saudi, don't bash me for the opposite except you dey craze As for those Muslims who throw Islam under the bus for validation, hear me; No matter what you do, you will only end up a Munafiq, but they will never accept you. May Allah purify our hearts from Nifaq

Kenyan Pastor Convicted of 191 Murders Kenyan pastor Paul Mackenzie and 28 others have been convicted over the deaths of 190 children and one adult in the Shakahola Forest starvation cult case. More than 400 bodies were discovered in mass graves in 2023. Prosecutors said children were starved first while guards stopped followers from escaping or eating. Mackenzie, who denied the charges, is due to be sentenced on November 6. @femmefemi

The same mistake we made in 2019 should not repeat itself. In 2019, we don't bother to ask GAA his manifesto. He didn't communicate with us. No plan . No idea. No initiative as you said. We are just shouting otoge like mad man. See the result today. @EngrKaleKawu speak to us
Honestly it's time, enough of just outings and rally, they should leave all these to others, we want to hear and see the ideas, innovations and initiatives. What are we banking on? We can't afford to handover the state affairs to "I have experience" without records.

Some Muslim brothers on this app believe the nonsense cook up story. Omo
A picture of Nigerian content creator, Cute Abiola AKA lawyer Kunle embracing his pregnant wife in harām, Makkah. The wife would go on to have the baby in Makkah. Some people are peddling a false narrative that the Bangladeshi duo were executed for 'kissing'. Lawyer Kunle and wife were neither arrested nor charged to court. Make out of this what you will.

I'm not a religious bigot but If truly this Muslim man and his wife have been killed in a Muslim country just for kissing his wife pregnant belly then there's big question to ask Muslims. Why do Muslims like killing someone rather than sending him/her to prison after he found guilty of a crime?

Asalam Alaikum waramatullahi wabarakatu Good morning @EngrKaleKawu the incoming Governor of kwara state InshAllah. Sir, if my calculation is not wrong, you have less than 4months to your election. It's time to unveil your manifesto to the good people of Kwara. Thank you sir

And unfortunately, our Muslims brothers are helping the kufr on this matter. They want to prove to kufr they are a real Muslim. Kufr who don't care about you and your religion. Continue o
If you cannot go to any shrine in Ile-Ife to have sexual stuff there, then, don’t do it in mosque. If your own religion permit it, good for you! Enough of your silly takes and anti-Islam propaganda. You foollls!!!!

Moses and Musa left Egypt. I don't understand Abi when Abraham and Ibrahim built Ka'aba
'You Cannot Ask Moses To Go Back To Egypt,' Tinubu Insists No Fuel Subsidy Return “I remember my scripture studies, both in the Bible and in the Holy Quran. When Moses and Musa left Egypt, they faced a challenge, and the Red Sea parted and gave way. You cannot ask Moses to go back to Egypt.” #CTVTweets

Madam idiot Which Saudi incident? Who tells you na because of kiss the kingdom executed the couple? Many of you are stark illiterate with fine face Wetin your father and brother from IPOB dey do about killing you no see that one? Uhmmm?
This Saudi Arabia incident almost happened to one of our neighbours then. Her boyfriend came to visit, and she escorted him to the junction. As lovers, before he crossed, he pecked her. Some Muslims returning from evening prayer saw them and confronted him...they started beating the boy saying it's against Sharia law. It almost escalated into a religious fight, but thankfully, the reasonable ones pleaded and they left . She came back crying and was narrated everything. This happened in Niger State

Take a look at the kind of people we are sharing space with it. He acknowledged the opposition candidate competency and capacity. He knew his candidate, SYD, cant lace Engr Kale Kawu shoe. But chose to side with incompetent cos of party. Kwara no be Edo faaa
It’s disheartening to see Soliu Mustapha and Kale Kawu in the wrong party at the wrong time, especially Kale Kawu; He has the potential to make an excellent governor, but unfortunately, time’s not be on his side.

A lawyer jumping into conclusion. No evidence. No fact. Just dance to mob reaction. And you go dey happy say you be success lawyer. Damn
Even if it was actual sexual act, it doesn’t justify being executed💔

You this opportunist. Can you SU? Instead to be thanking God, thanking God cos Nigerians are one of the easiest people to rule...
This is a pointer that Nigeria is not and cannot be insulated from the Global Economic Challenges, occasioned by the US vs Iran war. It’s also a pointer that even as we acknowledge the unintended hardship of the reform of President Tinubu, we are still having it better than many countries that are more developed and have more resources. If we stay the course, the second term of President Tinubu will bring stability, economic growth, more disposable income for families, productivity and prosperity.
