"letter for lovers"
i don't know how long i'll be able to keep telling you this — that you are so pretty that it hurts sometimes. it hurts knowing that the sun rises so near to me, and yet the rays it emits can never touch me. that i can see the shine it brings to the world with my own eyes, but can never feel it as my own, because that sun belongs to a planet other than the one i live on.
i don't know how long i'll be able to appreciate every little thing about you — your eyes, lips, skin, neck, nape, hands, and every single finger of those hands that i've had the privilege of touching. i really don't know how long i can keep being this selfish, especially when all i want is freedom for you. freedom to keep flying, freedom to keep shining in your own universe, while mine simply watches you from a distance, glowing bright until i'm too tired to keep looking, until i begin to fade because there isn't much light left for me to hold on to.
i really don't know how long i'll keep telling you the effect you have on me. how the seeds buried so deep beneath the soil of my planet finally found a way to sprout because they could see that tiny light shining from light-years away. how the eyes that had stopped dreaming began dreaming again — of green lands and blue birds. how the mountains that had long been barren finally felt the rain and snow touch them. how the skin that had grown so dry finally remembered what it was to long for a kiss. how a life that had somehow been rushing along wanted to slow down, because every single damn moment with you seemed to hold the light of a thousand suns.
i really don't know, i really don't know how much more of me is left to keep going like this.
i really don't know whether you'll ever be able to understand my planet, whether, from this distance, you'll ever feel the urge to touch the mountains, trees, and flowers i carry within me.
i really don't know much. all of this is so new to me.
i really don't know because i'm scared. i'm really, truly scared — of losing you, of one day stopping loving you, of losing the light, of losing the person i've become in its presence.
and so, i'm going to leave you with these words. to read, to feel, to absorb.
and so, i'm going to let you be. let all the magic be. let all the prayers be.
and so, i'm going to let love be.
needless to say, you are the light i've fallen in love with.

I'm sure I'm not the only one but sometimes I long for those places so much, the ones where I spent my childhood, the trees I spent time with, the paths I played on, the corners where I simply sat for hours and did nothing
there are no imperfections, how can there be for we have been made by the universe and finding imperfections inside us means finding imperfections in the universe
have you ever seen the moss growing on the walls of an abandoned temple?
those are all your answered prayers
have you ever seen the sun shining through thick tree branches on a foggy winter morning?
you've similar effect on me
so many things can happen between us, and yet all we can do is look into each other's eyes and accept what life has offered
see, i've been telling you that i've found the most beautiful and kindest human beings here. thank you, stranger.

people hide silence in different ways, some behind flowers, some in between books, some on the paths only they know about, some under the trees and then there are some who hide it behind words, like behind these words there's an ageless silence, as ancient as stars

it took me century to understand that i am really very easy to fall in love with, and those who find it difficult are never meant for me

You have to love something to keep on going. You have to love deeply & wildly. Without that, there's no hope. You have to love with your eyes, your ears, your imagination, your memories, your whole being. You have to love no matter what anyone else thinks of you.
