PSA: you can be pro $MSTR but also not happy with the level of dilution these days. Common shareholders are an after thought with this company and will be so for the foreseeable future . All shareholders are okay with the ATM.. but selective ATM @saylor @phongle

BTC's recent move is happening too quickly for the flywheel to restart If BTC goes from $60K → $80K, MSTR's BTC becomes more valuable. But that doesn't automatically cause MSTR's mNAV to rise. For mNAV to expand, investors need to become more enthusiastic about MSTR itself

So how can @saylor create enthusiasm: Use the ATM wisely. This is a journey not a sprint. No need to blast it every week Buy back MSTR when it makes sense Retire the credit instruments outside of STRC - reduce the financial obligations being propped by the commons
