Tonight, we gathered in Kelowna, where Club Penguin began. I wanted to bring our penguin family back together to celebrate what we created and the people who made it possible. It has been months in the making, and so special to see everyone!! π
From CPHQ in Kelowna to teammates around the world, everyone poured their passion and heart into creating something magical.
Weβre also celebrating the amazing community that made Club Penguin into something truly special. Your creativity, imagination, and kindness toward each other made the island what it is. We always tried to make it the best experience we could, and weβre so thankful you were part of it. It makes me happy to see so many of you still sharing your memories and love for Club Penguin today.
It was lovely to hug so many penguins tonight. My heart is full. π

In the final days of CPHQ, I stumbled across this room. Seeing everything stacked like this evoked such big emotions. When I see the chairs now, instead of sadness, I can visualize the beautiful faces of the love & magic that was the CP Kelowna teamπ

Five years, 1826 days later, I'm thankful for the experiences & memories Island Queen has given me. We don't get to visit as often as we once did, but it's still lovely to waddle around the Island & bounce on a trampoline from time to time.

Creativity, heart, and strength - that is what I see when I think about this final brainstorm, Club Penguin HQ 2018. The team found out days before that the studio was closing yet still showed up to create a meaningful goodbye for the franchise. The CP team was truly special.ππ§ β at Kelowna, British Columbia
