¿Opiniones? ⁉️
I’m planning to put together a comprehensive, in-depth recruitment plan for Antalyaspor ahead of the 2027/28 season, with the aim of building a squad capable of competing in the Süper Lig or securing promotion if the club fails to achieve it this season.
Once again, we looked more dangerous after falling behind, playing at a higher tempo and creating better opportunities. That same urgency needs to be present from the start.

Argentina, casi no.
¿Por qué? ¿Y dónde puede estar la oportunidad?

I’ll explain football in one tweet in a logical loop.
Winning is the result of recruiting the best players.
The quality of a player is emergent, meaning how whether a player’s potential is actualised depends on his environment.
Players perform best if the environment and strategy maximise their strengths and minimise their weaknesses.
Coaches enable this platforming of talent.
You can find the source of any club’s problems in this loop.
We go again!
I've been sent another Football Manager fan showing INCREDIBLE dedication to his save 🇦🇷🇹🇷
@IscoTactico, from Argentina, started an Antalyaspor save on FM24 and carried it over to FM26.
He won the Turkish Süper Lig. He reached a Champions League final.
Then, this August, after Antalyaspor had been relegated to the SECOND DIVISION in real life, he flew over to watch their opening game of the season.
Buenos Aires → Antalya: roughly 7,550 miles.
All because of a Football Manager save. INCREDIBLE ❤️
Time to put my money where my mouth is..
Antalyaspor’s rebuild has to be about more than promotion.
Culture. Identity. Standards. Recruitment.
How the club can build something sustainable for the future. 🦂🔴⚪️

Want to build a scouting departament at your club and you don’t have the necessary budget?
Here’s how I generated over 10M€ in transfers and gave 20 people a career in this with a transfer budget of 0€.

One thing I’m noticing with projects that fail is that their physical level is not up to speed.
We can talk about technical and tactical skills all we like but you are doomed if you cannot handle the physicality of the opponent, particularly in a sport that is increasingly man vs man.
