For anyone looking for a little Dead Space in their lives, please check this out! Written by myself and @who_draws and illustrated by @who_draws (who did beautiful work btw), Dead Space Degradation seeks to bridge the gap between DS1 and DS2, specifically after the events of Aftermath, and ultimately tell an Earth Gov centric story in the DS universe! Voiced here by @aus_Marchwin, @dmv_zzva and @LoomieKriggs (who did fantastic jobs btw), this initial chapter showcases a sneak peak into the already faltering minds within Titan Station, unaware of its true cause hidden deep within the Government sector. I highly recommend checking out everyone involved and their work as @who_draws, @aus_Marchwin, @dmv_zzva and @LoomieKriggs have a multitude of fantastic works they’ve already done and have a few exciting things coming up in the future! I hope to get back to DS Degradation one day, still writing the script for part 2, and I hope to work with these lovely folks again as I also continue to build up my independent Iron Morgue project. Please enjoy!

1. Built TWO planet destroying super weapons 2. Committed multiple genocides and massacres with some leading to the complete desolation of entire worlds. (Caamas, Ghorman, Dankayo, Geonosis) 3. Hunted down and purged nearly the entire Jedi Order (the literal inciting incident for the Imperial Era) 4. Legalized and participated in slavery (as seen on Kashyyyk and Orvax IV) 5. Created and unleashed numerous viruses and bioweapons (Krytos, Blackwing) 6. Had effectively an exterminatus order (called Base Delta Zero) that they were extremely frequent in using. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg (and only touching the Legends continuity so no one can say “CaNoN iSn’T cAnOn.” In an attempt to invalidate any of this)

The Metro Series. I’ve genuinely never ran into a trilogy where I can so confidently give every single one of them a 10/10.

Honestly this might genuinely be interesting with Rob Jabbaz is directing it. I could never really get into the Crossed comic series outside of the occasional side story (Badlands is honestly pretty good and the various stories focused on the Military is equally interesting), as it always felt like the series was relying more on shock value (the salt scene) than genuinely good storytelling. The Sadness is basically what I imagined Crossed was going to be when I picked up the original run. Having its share of fucked up moments but having good enough writing to make me genuinely give a shit when one of the characters are in actual danger. I’m on the fence, but cautiously optimistic.

A fun little fact, before I got into making Iron Morgue, I was primarily commissioning artists to create art of my OC’s for other franchises. Halo Hazbin Hotel Dead Space Fallout Resident Evil Outlast I even had one for Poppy’s Playtime! But one of the very first was for Gears of War. A lovely individual by the name of @Konna_Carmine created part of the Cooper Family in Gears of War, consisting of a Grandfather (Served in the mid-late Pendulum wars) A Father and Uncle (served in the final years of the Pendulum Wars, the entire Locust War, the Outsider Movement and the ongoing Swarm War) And two sons, (both serving during the late Outsider Movement and the ongoing Swarm War) They were fun to have and part of me dreamed of one day having them be canon to Gears. WELL MY WAIT CAN FINALLY BE OVER BECAUSE LOOK WHAT ONE OF MY BUDDIES SENT ME! WE DID IT LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THEY’RE (by technicality) CANON! 🗣️

I know they’ll never do it, but it’d be kinda cool if they did a parody sketch like they did with the Blair Witch Project.

Because it was something that looked and sounded genuinely believable. What makes a creepypasta good, in my opinion, is that believability. Sure, the initial scare when reading the story is extremely important, but it’s that lingering sense of dread that sits in the back of your mind hours, days, maybe even weeks after reading it that makes them stick with you. That feeling that one day you could run into whatever you’re reading about and that all it’d take was one bad decision. Maybe it’d be a wrong turn in the forest, maybe it’d be your curiosity getting the better of you after hearing a strange noise, but it’d be something.

Riker was one of the first people I ever commissioned for Iron Morgue, back when it was mainly just Great War of the Dead, and was super fantastic to work with. If ya’ll could go down to his alt, unfortunately now his main due to some fuckass hackers, and give him some love? I’d really appreciate it.
My previous account hunter_riker was hacked so I have to start over here. I’ll be reposting all of my old art here along with any new paintings I make

Easily one of the best COD Villains to date, but, well, played by a pedophile. On the bright side it makes AW’s ending a bit more satisfying.

Invasive Species: Part One Competition ——————————————————— July 5th, 1947 31 days after the crash of the League of Intergalactic Governments Lunar Vehicle #426 Lincoln National Forest, New Mexico 40 miles from El Hora Dorada, New Mexico ——————————————————— “Richard I swear to God if you’re fucking with us!” Daniel stayed close as his father screamed out, his hand resting on his .38 in its holster, as he rapidly looked around at the trees with his flashlight. It’d be hours since they’d seen Richard, his father’s brother and his uncle, who had left only to check the traps. “We n-need to call someone.” It was a simple request, an innocent one, but his father quickly shot it down. “You know damn well why we can’t, we’re on our own out here.” Daniel gently bit his tongue, an old habit from his youth, as he muttered, “We should have just waited, rifle season was only-” “I’m not letting some government tell me when I can and can’t h-Christ we’re not getting into this right now. We need to find your uncle. Once we do we can spend all night talking about the political topic of goddamn off season hunting.” Daniel went to speak, simply to agree with him, when his foot hit something that seemed to squish under his weight. He froze in place, terrified to look down, as his eyes darted over to his father. His father simply stared at Daniel, his hands clutching so tightly on his Winchester that his knuckles were pale white, before the pair reluctantly looked at the forest floor. Daniel immediately stumbled back, gasping in horror, as blood splattered along his pant legs from the sudden movement. It was a man’s lower half. Judging by those horrid white boots, it was Richard’s lower half. And it was fresh. Daniel’s gaze left this grisly sight and rested on his father, his gaze still locked on the gore at their feet, as Daniel tried to speak, “Da-” His father quickly put a finger to his lips, his bloodshot eyes gradually shifting to Daniel as tears fell, before pointing skyward. “Listen.” Daniel stayed silent, just letting the wind carry whatever his father had heard, when he finally noticed it. Chewing, flesh tearing, bones breaking. Whatever had killed Uncle Richard was still here; and it was close. Real close. Daniel rapidly moved the flashlight around, his father tracking the light, before a glint caught both of their attentions. It was blood, practically repainting a bush red, and it was still dripping. Slowly, methodically, Daniel raised the flashlight towards the tree tops. When they finally saw the source, Daniel’s blood went cold. It was slumped over the top half, what was left at least, of Uncle Richard, its lower mandibles slicing through his flesh like a freshly sharpened knife, as its claws dug into the intestines trying to pour out. The sight made Daniel gag, but any thought of rediscovering his breakfast left the second that thing turned its head to investigate. It still chewed, lazily now, as it regarded the pair like they were curious scavengers wanting a piece. Daniel drew his .38, his finger pressed lightly on the trigger, as the creature casually let go of its catch. “Daniel.” His eyes darted to his father, “Get to the car and head to town. Get help.” The creature was starting to growl, little black spines along its arms rattling like a pissed off cobra, as it reared back. “Run.” The creature pounced, leaving Daniel no time to argue, before his father’s quick trigger gave it a .30-30 for its trouble. The hit knocked it off its path, causing it to hit a tree, before it swiftly turned towards his father and let out a nightmarish scream that almost sounded like Uncle Richard. Daniel, finally, turned and bolted. He didn’t stop for the gunshots. He didn’t stop for his father’s screams. And he tried his best to not notice the creature’s screams getting gradually louder. He only had one goal now. To get home alive. (To be continued) (Credits down below)
