Why the fuck are you telling Black parents to take their children to drag shows for some damn “wholesome entertainment”?
Is this really what you think our children need?
Our children need EDUCATION.
They need to learn how to read, write and do math.
They need to develop the skills that will allow them to compete, succeed and build meaningful lives.
They need to learn how to create generational wealth, manage money, start businesses, become homeowners and build something their children and grandchildren can inherit.
They need discipline, confidence, opportunity and adults who are willing to set high expectations for them.
They need parents who are supported, schools that educate and communities that give them a real path to success.
Black children do not need politicians telling us that drag shows are the answer to what ails our communities.
They need to be prepared for the REAL WORLD.
And as a Black conservative woman, I find it insulting that you would promote this as some kind of priority for Black families while so many of our children still need better educational opportunities and the tools to become financially independent.
There is nothing wrong with entertainment.
But entertainment is not a substitute for education, achievement or preparing our children for the future.

One takeaway from this election cycle: there is a progressive propaganda network of websites, and Ohio’s legacy outlets quote it and distribute it.
The legacy press in Ohio will not ask or demand answers from Amy Acton, David Pepper or Democrats in general.
The statehouse news services platform unhinged people and tactics because it helps their preferred progressive agenda and candidates.
These are significant problems. We have to address them and correct them if we are going to restore function to the republic through Ohio.

Illinois parents, this one is for you.
Starting in the 2027-28 school year, every Illinois school district has to offer mental health screenings to students in grades 3 through 12, at least once a year. These screenings ask kids about depression, anxiety, trauma and suicidal thoughts.
Today the U.S. Department of Education said that federal law requires prior written parental consent for this kind of evaluation, and Illinois has until Nov. 13 to fix its guidance.

As a gay man, it is exhausting to watch what used to be a movement about same-sex attraction get completely hollowed out.
Gay used to mean something clear. Men who are attracted to men. Women who are attracted to women. That was the entire point. Now it has been buried under layers of gender ideology, identity politics, and a demand that we rewrite our own orientation to make other people comfortable.
I am constantly told that if I am not attracted to a woman who identifies as a man, or a man who identifies as a woman, I am bigoted. That my sexual boundaries are a form of discrimination. That “trans men are men” and therefore belong in gay male spaces, dating pools, and communities. This is not inclusion. It is a direct attack on the reality of same-sex attraction.
The same institutions that once claimed to fight for gay people now treat actual gay men and lesbians as the problem if we refuse to play along. Corporate Pride has become a vehicle for this ideology, not a celebration of us. The language has shifted so far that many young people no longer even understand what gay means.
I do not need a parade or a rainbow logo to validate my existence. I need the freedom to live as a gay man without being pressured to deny biological reality or accept opposite-sex partners under a new label.
The people pushing this did not liberate us. They colonized the movement and turned it against the very group it claimed to represent.
