@HalifaxBank i have a very frustrated & upset mother (who doesnt use online banking) she is trying to transfer money between her own accounts. She is 70 & in isolation so can't go in branch your phone banking is a disaster. At one stage she had been on hold for 2 hours... 1/2

2/2 Everyone in our family banks with Halifax. The first thing I'm doing upon lockdown ending will be close every account i have with you guys because you are a complete disaster. I know banks don't care but you lot are taking the absolute proverbial.
