Has anyone had any dealings with
The Birchover residences at One the Brayford in Lincoln? I have been trying to get a refund from them since December 24. It was booked through booking.com and they also have not responded. Any ideas?

Thanks Kerry and all parents and children involved. So many great ideas.
Thanks so much to everyone @SmithdownPr for helping us deliver another successful ‘Help Your Child Thrive’ programme. Wonderful to see how keen parents are to try lots of games and activities at home to help them embed what children are learning in school. Can’t wait to come back!
