Weeks before the kick-off of the major sporting events earlier this month, the Irdeto Service Operations Center (SOC) team worked tirelessly behind the scenes, implementing infrastructure improvements and platform optimizations to ensure our services could scale as demand increased. The result was not only millions of viewers watching the matches, but also confidence that everything would run smoothly. Key statistics during the event: • Our personalized advertising solution saw hundreds of thousands of concurrent users and viewed ads worth millions of minutes combined. • Our video entertainment products observed a peak of approximately 4.5 million concurrent viewers on 11 July 2026. • The Irdeto Control platform delivered 4.87 billion licenses to customers streaming the matches, while supporting a peak of approximately 2.8 million concurrent viewers on 12 July 2026. • No major incidents or outages occurred during any of the matches.
