I'm proposing the single biggest expansion of wetlands and grazing land that we have ever seen in the state of Iowa. And how do we do it? For starters, by funding IWill.
Iowan's voted for IWill in 2010. If fully funded then, we might not be in the water quality crisis we are in today. It's time to fund the fund.
