Compromise in this country has disappeared because the U.S. Supreme Court has decreed itself to be the final arbiter of law rather than the judicial power to hear and decide cases. The Court made compromise unnecessary by creating doctrine and striking down laws beyond its delegated authority. #Restore250America

The Impact:If the government shaved just 5% to 10% off the top of these massive corporate profit margins through a targeted infrastructure tax, it would generate tens of billions of dollars.That is more than enough to fully fund the physical network, eliminate consumer internet surcharges, and pour massive, stable revenue directly into the Social Security Trust Fund. Best of all? Amazon pays $0 in dividends, meaning everyday investors lose no cash income, and Disney's dividend is so heavily buffered it wouldn't even have to move. The Constitution belongs to the people. We don’t need judicial permission to understand the words on the page. If a law like the VRA is written in a way that exceeds the Constitution, we don’t need a court’s tortured reinterpretations to tell us what the text already makes clear. #Constitutional

America - isn't it strange how when you need help at the federal level you have to go thru your elected represenative, yet when the Alabama legislature redraws it's mapes every senator and congressman has something to say? The US 4th Courts of Appeals value the rules of federal procdure more than the Constitution of the United States. I ti s time to constitutional ammend the courts to return them to the proper role.
