2 weeks until I’m back at @UtilitaArenaBHM to see @paparoach ! Check out my accessibility review for the venue below ⬇️ invinciblewomanonwheels.word…
25,000 all time visitors! The same number as stand on the Wembley Stadium pitch during a gig 🤯. Mind blowing numbers to me. Check out the blog via the link below ⬇️ invinciblewomanonwheels.word…

Drunk people do say some weird shit. What’s that old saying, that the drunk version of someone says everything their sober self is thinking but knows they shouldn’t say?

Great! Nice little accessible venue too. Hopefully I’ll have the review up soon ish
On the topic of people pissing me off this weekend:
Baffled by the girl in the bar last night yelling “SPIN, SPIN” + pointing at my driving joystick, and then proceeding to sulk when I told her no twice.
Disabled people aren’t performing seals and no means no in every context

Yup, that happened. I death glared the woman involved as she put her bag over the handles. She swiftly removed it

They cleared fairly quickly when i turned around to the assistance guy and loudly said “could you hold the back of the chair? Because people are going to be fucking stupid and stand at the bottom of a steep ramp, and I don’t want to career into people” 😂

the assistance guy (who had to step onto the train + walk down to come get me because I couldn’t get off because people wouldn’t move) said he had people trying to board the train as he was putting ramp down. And I had everyone huddled at the bottom of the ramp as I disembarked

I challenge it every single time and LOUDLY, but good lord it’s exhausting
Just a week until I’m back on @Eurostar ! Check out one of my Eurostar experiences as a wheelchair user below ⬇️ invinciblewomanonwheels.word…

It took me a second to comprehend because SURELY you’re not hanging your bag off me like a luggage rack, surely not?!
The handbags were removed after a swift “don’t you fucking dare” death glare
Same people then started huffing and puffing and muttering when they had to move their suitcases out of the way so I could disembark. God forbid the disabled people dare to exit the fucking train
I swear some people don’t see me as a human
Because WHY did that train journey involve people blocking me in with giant suitcases, leaning + over my chair like a leaning post + HANGING THEIR HANDBAGS FROM MY HANDLES?
EX FUCKING SCUSE ME, since when was I a luggage rack?
Gotta love being blocked in by suitcases on this @CrossCountryUK train, knowing my stop is next

I’ve never been, so I’m excited to be in a new venue!
Heading back to Manchester later to see Pet Needs. Check out some of my other Manchester adventures as a wheelchair user below ⬇️ invinciblewomanonwheels.word…
