Vultr has this cool feature Snapshot that can take a ... snapshot of the VM image so that you can spin up another VM with the same configuration quickly. Linode doesn't have this yet.

It's really difficult to create a new X account now. New account gets blocked or even suspended almost by default, and immediately.

My M1 MacBook Pro often has this annoying problem where the sound volume suddenly drops - usually after plugging in a jack earphone. The maximum sound becomes noticeably lower.

then restart the mac

Using a centralized cloud service for personal data backup is generally a bad idea for individuals, especially when it comes to #AWS Glacier. It will just bleed you dry.
