A Fairway to Giving… The 65th Annual Potash Open Charity Golf Tournament was a huge success. There were drives, chips, and putts to impact lives for the better! Our Carlsbad, NM location was proud to partner with the United Way of Eddy County during their annual Day of Caring event. Our employees volunteered their time and talents to support several meaningful community projects, including installing new tile flooring in a transitional housing facility, assisting with food distribution in Loving, and participating in Main Street cleanup efforts. These projects would not have been possible without the dedication and generosity of our employees who took the time to give back to our community. At Intrepid, we're committed to supporting the communities where we live and work. Our Denver team recently partnered with the Women's Bean Project for a Summer of Giving campaign that combined employee generosity, company matching, and hands-on engagement. The Women's Bean Project is a Denver nonprofit that helps women overcome barriers to employment through job training, employment opportunities, and supportive services.  Together, we raised several thousand dollars through employee donations, Intrepid's dollar-for-dollar match program, and additional contributions tied to item donations from the organization's wish list. To cap off the campaign, team members participated in a product tasting panel hosted by the Women's Bean Project, providing feedback on potential new products while learning more about the organization's critical mission.
