"One could argue that Colombia’s recognition, like US’ before, changes very little in the Golan situation. This would be the wrong attitude: every time international law is deliberately & knowingly breached, its authority is compromised & its validity is diminished." Compelling.

Brilliant decision!
The next meeting of the state parties to the ICC will be held in The Hague and NOT in New York!
Primary reason: limitations on participation in New York, such as elected officials of the Court subject to United States sanctions, as well as visa restrictions affecting some delegations and representatives of non-governmental organizations.
The decision to relocate the Assembly session was taken following consultations with all States Parties.
