Day 1 in Johannesburg and got completely ripped off by an @Uber driver who decided to drive a route completely out of the way to make the trip twice as long and double the price. Reported the issue to @Uber and they rejected the price adjustment!!! Wtf is up with that?!

We provided @uber with this information and they still rejected the readjustment. To top it all off, we are uber one subscription holders. This is how you treat riders who are intentionally ripped off???? The ride drop off NEVER changed! He knew where the final destination was.
