Treat the plan as a spec: requirements written so you can test them, not paragraphs of hope. The AI builds from it and later, it becomes the documentation.

What we suggest instead: leave the chat tab and bring AI into the repo, where it can see your code. Pick one loop. Write every lesson down as a skill so nobody learns it twice. Plan, then build.
