Binance is officially back in the Philippines 🇵🇭 After years of uncertainty, @binance has officially re-entered the Philippine market through the SEC’s Strategic Sandbox with BlockShoals. As someone from the Philippines, this is one of the biggest local crypto developments we’ve seen in a while. Seeing @binance work with regulators instead of around them makes this comeback feel much more sustainable. This could be the start of a new chapter for crypto adoption in the country.

After hearing @WireNetwork‘s CEO @KenDicross discuss the vision behind Wire, I’m reminded that building in crypto takes more than creating another product. It starts with understanding the problems blockchain ecosystems still face. I’m drawn to the idea behind the Universal Transaction Layer and its design for coordinating transactions, state, and ownership across supported chains while assets remain on their native chains. Hearing the reasoning directly from the person behind the vision adds valuable context. I’m looking forward to seeing how @WireNetwork turns that vision into working infrastructure.
What is Wire Network, why was it built, and where is it heading? @KenDicross sat down with Jack to discuss the vision behind Wire, the Universal Transaction Layer, and the infrastructure we're building for the future of blockchain. Catch the full conversation below.

The bigger crypto gets, the less interoperability looks like a bridge problem. It starts looking like a standards problem. Different networks aren't going away. Different execution environments aren't going away. Different applications aren't going away. So the answer can't depend on making everything the same. The internet scaled because independent systems learned to operate through shared standards. We think crypto eventually gets there too. Different ecosystems. Common coordination.

Blockchain has taken the “connect everything” route for years. Whenever two networks need to work together, another bridge, integration, or custom connection can end up sitting in the middle. That can make interoperability harder to build and harder to maintain as more ecosystems enter the picture. @WireNetwork is taking a different path with the Universal Transaction Layer, giving separately built ecosystems a shared coordination substrate instead of requiring bespoke wiring between every pair. ➙ Networks keep their own environments ➙ Coordination happens through a common layer ➙ New connections do not have to mean another custom integration The real upgrade is reducing the amount of infrastructure needed just to make independent networks coordinate. That feels much closer to how blockchain infrastructure should scale.

I’ve played Keno with a twist. Since it was my first time, I kept the bet several times exactly the same picked 10 numbers and it cooked. Those are my lucky numbers fyi. rolly.io?r=INTERNXWEB23

Yo, now there’s more than just the game itself to chase. @rolly_onchain’s new Loyalty Program has 12 levels from Newbie to Royal, and your progress never resets. These are the parts I’ll be watching: ➙ 13.5% → 19% rakeback ➙ 3 day Races with real USD prizes ➙ eRTP to track your effective RTP I already like chasing wins, so now I’ve got more to chase. 🔗: rolly.io?r=INTERNXWEB23

It’s because I’m afraid to lose 😭 I cashed out at 5.53x thinking, “Okay, I’m taking this win.” Then I watched it climb all the way to 17x. 💀 I know I secured the profit, but seeing that extra multiplier after cashing out hurts different. Regret is always at the end. @rolly_onchain

TPS and finality are easy to put on a dashboard. The number I care about more is how much thinking a user has to do before something simple actually works. If moving value across ecosystems requires understanding networks, bridges, routing, wrapped assets, and settlement, the system is still passing a lot of its complexity to the person using it. @WireNetwork is tackling that problem at the infrastructure level with the Universal Transaction Layer, which is designed to coordinate separately built ecosystems without bespoke wiring between every pair. That changes how I look at scalability. More capacity matters, but absorbing more complexity without pushing it onto users matters too. The infrastructure should handle the hard part. The user should get the simple experience.

Just found a better way to stack Rolly Points. I’ve been playing Rolly Originals a lot, but the points rate changes depending on where you play: ➙ Slots: $1 wager = 0.36 Point ➙ Rolly Originals: $1 wager = 0.2376 Point ➙ Sports: $1 wager = 0.9 Point I’m definitely keeping these numbers in mind now. If I’m already playing, I might as well know how each wager contributes to the grind. @rolly_onchain 🔗: rolly.io?r=INTERNXWEB23

Plinko got me again. I ran another $50 with 100 balls on @rolly_onchain. At this point, I’m not even surprised anymore. I just really like seeing where those balls land. 100 balls in one go is still crazy satisfying.

Ez win on Gates of Olympus 1000. Tried it on @WcoinHQ with a small bet and somehow made $30 in just a few seconds. The tumble feature makes it fun to watch, especially when winning symbols disappear and new ones keep dropping in. Then those multiplier symbols can hit from 2x up to 1,000x, so things can change pretty quickly. Small bet, quick $30. Definitely wasn't expecting that one.

I risked $50 on Keno and this happened. Started with a $52 balance and somehow pushed it up to $132. There were so many numbers to pick, and somehow a lot of the numbers I chose kept landing right. Keno really decided to make my day today. @rolly_onchain

I’m starting my grind on @rolly_onchain's loyalty program. Currently at 236.13 / 2,000 Rolly Points, still in the Newbie stage. I’m not rushing it. I just want to keep playing, stack up the points, and slowly work my way through the levels. Next target: Hustler

A bridge has to prove more than a transaction happened. It has to prove that the transaction represents the reality it claims to represent. That creates a deeper problem when assets are locked on one chain and represented somewhere else. The system then has to keep multiple states aligned across different environments. @WireNetwork takes a different direction because it keeps assets on their native chains and coordinates ownership through the Universal Transaction Layer instead of relying on a separate wrapped representation. ➙ Assets stay native ➙ Ownership is coordinated ➙ Fewer states to reconcile Security is not only about making each component stronger. Reducing how many assumptions the system needs to trust can matter just as much.

$292 million released against a transaction that never happened. Attackers manipulated off-chain infrastructure so the verification system accepted a phantom token burn as legitimate. The on-chain transactions themselves looked valid. The underlying asset movement they were supposed to prove wasn't. That distinction matters. A bridge doesn't just need cryptography to work. It needs every assumption connecting two independent systems to remain true. Wire starts from a different premise. Keep assets native. Coordinate ownership. The fewer realities you have to reconcile, the fewer opportunities there are for them to disagree.

Five connections are easy to manage. Five hundred are a completely different problem. Every new ecosystem adds another relationship to build, maintain, monitor, and trust. At some point, adding another network should not mean creating another custom path just to make it work with everything else. @WireNetwork addresses this complexity through its Universal Transaction Layer. It is designed to let separately built ecosystems coordinate through a shared substrate instead of requiring bespoke wiring between every pair. ➙ Fewer custom paths ➙ Shared coordination ➙ Separate ecosystems Scalability should also mean controlling the complexity created by every new connection. @WireNetwork gives developers shared infrastructure for coordination as more ecosystems connect.

I see a real difference between making an asset available on more networks and making it easy for applications to manage across them. Every additional deployment can introduce another set of balances and records to reconcile. For a product serving users across multiple chains, keeping track of who owns what becomes part of the engineering work. I’d pay more attention to how that complexity is handled than to the number of networks listed on a token’s page. @WireNetwork’s Universal Transaction Layer is designed to coordinate transactions, state, and ownership across supported chains while assets remain native to their original networks. More distribution creates more options. Better coordination is what can make those options practical to use together.
