Russian bot traffic has plummeted after Ukrainian drone strikes knocked out Russian tech giant @Yandex’s biggest data centers. @Cloudflare reports that bot traffic from the Yandex network has dropped to just 0.4% of the maximum number of HTTP requests recorded over the past two weeks. tomshardware.com/tech-indust…

According to Cloudflare Data Explorer the amount of russian bot traffic has dropped to 49% after Ukraine struck a yandex data center. Could this disrupt the midterm elections in the US?

Currently, one giant corporation could own your pharmacy, your doctor, your pharmacy benefit manager, and your insurance. They are taking a cut every step of the way. I have a bill to Break Up Big Medicine and stop companies from operating as one giant health conglomerate.

Japan combines universal mandatory insurance with private delivery. Hospitals and clinics are privately operated, and patients have broad provider choice
Replying to @mcuban
In Japan everyone is on public health insurance. Most adults pay 30% at the clinic, and there's a monthly cap on what you pay, based on income. Go over it and the rest is covered. It's not perfect. The caps just went up this year, and people here argue about the cost too. But you don't have to worry that someone will refuse to cover your emergency. That peace of mind matters.

A new report finds hospitals, clinics and their for-profit partners generated $142B in profits from 340B medicine markups in 2025 alone. The evidence is clear: The debate is no longer whether the federal 340B program needs reform, but how to reform it to ensure the program serves the patients it was created to help. @dylanmcguir3 and I just raised a $7.5M pre-seed led by @a16z to build a robotic surgeon @alephsurgery Much of the early investment in Physical AI has focused on industries where labor is relatively abundant and low-cost. We believe the biggest opportunities to change the world lie at the opposite end of the spectrum. Surgery is among the most valuable forms of labor on the planet, but it's far too scarce and expensive - due to an exceptionally long training pipeline and highly concentrated expertise. We’re building the first surgeon that scales: one system that can acquire, refine, and transfer surgical skills across millions of procedures. v1 is already learning to perform surgical tasks autonomously from demonstrations, and improve from its own experience. Lots of great folks behind us! @BoxGroup, Reveille VC, Constellation, @forward_deploy, @Valkyrie_vc, @DiscipulusVent, @maniacvc + more

I wish we had such technologies when I was a medical student. It would have been a vastly different experience going through the challenging subjects such as anatomy or pathology. Maybe students find it so hard to digest details of anatomy because we have not given them the right tools to learn them properly. The technology to teach like this has been ready, but the cost remains the main issue. Only big medical schools can afford a few mixed reality devices, and that's simply not fair to the rest of the students around the world. What you see in the video is the new version of the Insight Heart app that ANIMA RES - 3d medical animation / AR / MR / VR has developed. Check them out!

We built a hospital payment system where discovering another diagnosis means another check. Then we're shocked AI is being trained to hunt for diagnoses. Replace claim-by-claim DRG reimbursement with prospective global hospital budgets and audit the results. Reward better care, not better billing.
We have people dying and suffering because they can’t Afford or don’t have Access to Healthcare. Words are wind. Congress does NOTHING to reform Healthcare. Both Big Hospitals and Big Insurance have squashed Free Market Medical Care. They have spent $Millions lobbying to purchase and write the laws to ensure Doctors remain EMPLOYEES. That Medical Care Prices remain HIDDEN. For Gods sake, you have to ask for an Itemized Bill and Threaten the Hospital with HIPAA to get it. Congress did NOTHING to help the sick and suffering and brought us here. The little Healthcare Reform we have has been done with Executive Orders intermittently enforced. Words are wind sir. #HealthCare #HealthInsurance #Healthinsurance #Congress #CORRUPTION

A patient’s life is not saved by one heroic doctor operating in a vacuum. It is saved by nurses, paramedics, technicians, laboratories, drugs, hospitals, public research and decades of accumulated medical knowledge. Yet none of those workers claims the entire value of the life as justification for unlimited compensation. I questioned income and you erased the entire healthcare team, cast yourself as the lone savior and declared yourself priceless. That not a defense of your income, it's a diagnosis of your ego and the prognosis is spectacularly bad.
If I happen to cross your path as you are dying, I can likely stop it. what is that worth to you? Your life.
