Clarification: There is always either way directional risk with a HVF squeeze like this on XAUXAG. Through the structure we try suggest which direction is more dominant for a major move, minor bias for now 52-55% up. But our Macro hypothesis and Larger Silver HVF on the Monthly timeframes has us biased very bullishly for our $330+ then single digit XAUXAG on larger timeframes [ergo long run down for XAUXAG]. However we do watch out for shorter timeframes [counter-trend] where pullbacks may extend. Whilst we feel the XAG falling wedge maybe over and has had a sufficient 3rd sell off, were the XAUXAG to break up, the pullback may extend. We are also very clear that we go aggressively long Silver and accept the pullback is over on the XAUXAG ratio breaking 58.7 and possibly sooner at take out of localised low 60.5 So the Silver chart alone suggest we are not far off wanting to be long. The XAUXAG squeeze has not confirmed direction yet. If you don't understand what we are trying to achieve by warning a key directional move is coming and has not confirmed and could be down, just unfollow, we are far too nuanced for most binary LONG/short traders. We are Blocking the right vs wrong styled responses of the 85-95 IQ level at a rapid pace to upgrade the quality of interaction and to bring high quality responses more visibility over the 'peanut gallery'. Many of the better people are now already in our community and we are tapering slowly our output to general public.
