In July 2024, Tripepi Smith completed the 2024 Census of the Profession report, a deep dive into the City Administrator/Manager profession in Washington. 🌟
In collaboration with Washington City/County Management Association (WCMA), we conducted a survey with a 64% response rate, capturing data from 181 out of 281 municipalities. 📊 This report is packed with valuable data on roles, challenges, and trends within the profession across the state.
Tripepi Smith presented these findings alongside WCMA at the WCMA 2024 Summer Conference in Wenatchee, WA on August 15. 🗓️
