That would be nice, but it's hard to draw conclusions about what you can do with untracked money, since we do not know what happened to it. You can logically disagree with what we spend our money on, but it's hard to do this kind of fuzzy math. Personally, I like defense $$.

The point is that if we can throw around such a massive amount of money in ways that aren't even tracked, we can easily afford to provide healthcare for people, which is far more important.
